Then the same sauces on the burgers can be your salad dressing. The burger was interesting in terms of texture. It felt chunky like a chunky chewier tuna meat but beef. It wasn't ground meat which was a different experience. The grilled chicken in the salad was normal and the salad itself fine. S E R V I C E Since we were pretty much the first people there, we were quickly served and paid by credit card. It's the first time I've experienced having to wait at the counter after paying as they need your input to finish the order. O V E R A L L It's not a bad option for fast food. Kind of like Subway for burgers. It's not the best but it is definitely an option if you're needing something that doesn't feel too fast food like.

I wouldn't suggest going here unless you're desperate for a grease fix. There is literally garbage and food wrappers everywhere and I don't think I've ever seen a clean table in here. It is a very clean, a wonderfully decorated restaurant, which surprises me for a fast food franchise spot. I was amazed by the extensive menu. As I said I have not been to a Boustan for a very long time, so it is a huge improvement. This restaurant is magnificent by its look and by its service. As a vegetarian person, I ordered a vegan kabab plate and my boyfriend ordered a power bowl with chicken shawarma. At 6:30 pm, you would think the food will be little old, but I was proven wrong; everything tasted fresh. I was skeptical about vegan kabab, but it was an absolute delight. My boyfriend devoured his bowl, he thought he won't be able to finish because the portion was humongous, but in the end it was an empty bowl left. Each dish is made in front of your eyes and you can order it mild, medium, hot or extra hot. I find a bit humorous is that extra-hot to my taste buds is akin to a medium in many other restaurants (in Thailand it would be a mild-plus). "Spice heat" is a relative scale! On this meal I ordered a red curry chicken. This comes with rice and is a good sized meal for lunch and maybe a smaller amount for dinner. You can make it a combo with an Imperial roll, spring roll, soup or dumplings. Of course a Fast food Asian must have the ubiquitos General Tao's chicken (a Quebec cult classic). Menu items are limited but with each selection you can choose chicken, beef, shrimp or vegetables. You can usually get out of here for a meal with drink for sub $13-14 tax in. For me I enjoy this as a meal any day and twice on Sunday's over Subway! In comparison to Thai Express I believe the quality is similar however my preference would have to go with Thai Express! Thaïzone is however a hair close on second! Come for quick casual Asian, leave satisfied!
