He is professional, courteous, and honest. He can come to you anywhere, whether it be at your home, office, or random parking lot. I was concerned initially when he didn't ask for a hose hookup. Boy was I wrong to doubt him. His truck is self-contained and he has everything he needs to do the detail. I had him do an early morning job since I never can make the car washes before they close. I let some bird poop eat into my paint and although he only got about 20 minutes to work on it, most of the damage was gone. I will definitely have Alejandro do a follow-up session with more time. I felt like a new person after Alejandro worked on my car. I say go for with City of Angels Auto Spa and maybe you will too! So, not only was Alejandro the best but he used really great products to clean the car. I hate that oily 'leather' cleaner a lot of places use and didn't say anything because it was clear he knew what he was doing. I looked inside, sat down, and it wasn't greasy at all. My car smelled like an ashtray and without any of those weird scents he was able to make it smell and feel new. Like I first stated, I also felt anew! He was really respectful of the hours I had available and communicative, which I very much appreciate The inside was a mess yet he intuitively knew what I needed to keep and treated it with care. Look no further...seriously because I've tried them all. Alejandro provides a luxury car wash that far exceeds the highest of expectations and at the most incredible price. Even his basic wash is night and day difference from his competitors & traditional car wash spots. * And word of advice - it's good to once in a while get one of his upgraded services to protect integrity of the paint. He honestly makes it look like a brand new car that just came off the lot every single time and not only is my car used, but I've had some major issues with it like the ashes from all of the fires embedded on my car for weeks, thick sap from evil trees and a massive flock of birds mistaking my car for their communal restroom lol. My car has been a super hot mess and Alejandro time and time again makes it look like nothing ever happened...and in fact brings it back to looking like brand new.
