Delisse cafe is elegant and classy, allowing the absolutely stunnning pastries to bring the pop of color to its simplistic decor. The staff. It was a delight to be served by these beautiful, professional crew that knows every single pastry inside out. Myriam and Liz gave me a full-blown explanation of what went into each one of the items on their shelf that morning. They don't have a set menu because they carry different items each day. Hence they only carry a handful of pastry varieties each day, and make it to perfection. Quality over quantity- thats the way to go. You cant go wrong with anything you pick. After getting to know whats in each of the items I decided to try out the Raspberry Rebanada. I can tell you this, the pastry chef has perfected the Ultimate sweet-to-buttery ratio. Red velvet cake and cream cheese combination topped with tart raspberry flavor leaves a zesty aftertaste that makes you want more and more. What better than a fantastic cup of mocha to bring it all together. By far the most decadent pastries I've ever had and i'm going back tomorrow with a couple of more peeps. Check it out, and Thank me later!

I am a super fan of Desserts and this place did not disappoint at all!!! I love this place is my…read morefavorite!!! I've visited several times and I enjoy their desserts and lattes a lot! I love that they have their classic desserts as well as seasonal ones. My favorite dessert there is their "Paris Brest" OMG I can eat that for days LOL and their "Strawberry Mousse" it's to die for love it! with a Hazelnut Latte or Cafe de la Olla goes perfectly with that, for me, in my opinion. They also have the "Eclair"so delicious. I always recommend my friends and people that are visiting for the first time Tijuana to visit that place, is a must! The place is so cute and looks so chic and fancy, if you want to treat yourself and have a sweet tooth like me you should definitely visit this place. Only down side is that they are located inside a small plaza so their parking is not has big and great because when it gets busy theirs no parking so just be aware of that in case your driving there before you visit, other then that the place is amazing! I'm a HUGE fan!

I really want to give this place another try but for now, my review is for their boba drink. I had…read morea huuuuuge boba craving (as usual) while we were down here and I saw a kid walking around with one! We hunted for it and came across this little kiosk. No line at all, pretty early in the afternoon on a warm, and nice day overall. Surprising to see that it wasn't busier. I went for my usual, Thai tea with boba, just a small size since I was a bit hesitant on it. I should've honestly trusted my gut and went for an iced latte boba instead. The only reason I didn't was because I already had my cold brew coffee in the morning/for the day and didn't want to overdo it. I also should've asked if they brew it fresh.... I should know better by now and here I was, extremely disappointed. My poor drink was not good. I wish I could've finished it but I was struggling. They had reeeeally good chewy boba but the drink itself was nasty. They use powdered Thai tea which is not the way to go, ever. It's missing that strong, Thai tea flavor and honestly just tastes like a weird birthday cake flavor. I was extremely bummed but we plan on visiting again in the near future and will definitely update my review then. I'm sure their coffee drinks are better and I hear they're known for their egg tarts. IG: @ammysalamii

My only regret...not buying more! It's 2 for $6, 5 for $12 or 12 for $22. We got 5…read more I've had the original Portuguese egg tart in Lisbon and in Macau. This is my first in San Diego and it tastes just as good. Portuguese egg tart crusts are made out of puff pastries while Chinese egg tarts are made out of shortcrust casing like a cheesecake crust. The puff pastries makes it flaky and less doughy. The custard is also less eggy and more creamy in the Portuguese version. I also got the Macau Dolgona coffee no boba with half and half. So good! Must try. You have to really stir to mix it all. This kiosk stand is literally between Gap and Banana Republic, more so towards Gap. Make sure to eat it when it's warm and it takes like 3 bites.
