I ended up paying her for the whole job what amounted to $50 and hour. I was told it was a deep clean, to suppliment my own cleaning in preparation for coming houseguestes. She used Swiffer Tile cleaner on my hard-wood floors. I was able to restore them with special solution but it took awhile. When I asked if she had cleaned the ceiling fans, she said she had ("standing on your wooden chairs") but they were still dirty, as were all the doors and door frames. She moved a lot of furninture and table-top items (often into different rooms) but put nothing back. She took some of my cleansers with her, and left a bag of garbage by my front door. Worst of all, after I paid her (in cash) I went into the kitchen and found that she had broken off main part of my kitchen faucet (where the water comes through) and just left it there without telling me. She in apparently licensed, insured and bonded, and so it it could have been paid for had she told me. The new, replica fixure cost me $110 at Home Depot. I can assume that the handyman who can install it but only after a couple days wait will charge for his labors. I left her several texts along with a stern but friendly phone message (she is a youngish kid and I am a former teacher) offering to work things out with her, she did not return the call. Hers is a new business, and I did not want to leave this review. But now I feel it necessary. Do not use this cleaner. It could be a costly mistake.

First quote was $7,500 for for popcorn ceiling removal, repair joints, mud ceiling, prime and paint walls orange peel texture, paint trim and doors, remove and install new light fixtures and after hearing our budget of $20k we suddenly got a new contract for $19,500 for just adding baseboards demo and installation! That was the red flag we missed. I kept asking for an itemized contract or we can't proceed and said I didn't understand why suddenly it the price jumped more than $10k. Third quote we went with was $11k. Current photos is the state of our house. We finally got our money back so we're just going to find someone else now. Waste of time.
