Our room wasn't quite what the photos show. The air conditioning was a bit loud. But overall, we loved our 6 night stay here. They ran out of coffee & cream while we were there & took a couple days to get more. I can't imagine why it took that long. Conveniently close to town. Friendly people working here. The pools were gorgeous. But FREEZING COLD. We were so disappointed as were all of the other guests that we talked to. At least they had 2 large hot tubs that we used many times. If I could give zero stars I would. I'll get right to the point. BEDBUGS!! I caught bedbugs on March 22 Saturday. I believe it was room 117 if I remember correctly. Never thought this would have happen because the room was clean. My arms, chest and neck had bites. At first I didn't know this was bed bugs until I went to urgent care and got diagnosed. Now I'm having to treat with ointment. Not only that I have to clean all my clothes and bedding just to play it safe in hopes I didn't bring any home. You just never know. Not to mention I have severe PTSD. This is horrible. Please be careful. I don't wish this upon anyone. read more

Calling it a "hotel" is a bit of a stretch. I have stayed in nicer motels. My room wasn't very clean, there were bugs, and neither the shower nor the sink drained. It's ok if you don't mind showering in standing water or brushing your teeth over the last persons brush/rinse! There was construction going on all night on the street right outside rooms. Went to Target and bought pillows and blankets to sleep on top of the bed, needless to say those items didn't come home with me. Overall, very outdated and poor quality for the $200 per night. read more

Up in Palm Springs for a few weeks to get away. Just randomly found this spot on the booking.com app after arriving here. Went to reservation desk and they allowed for an early checkin, so off to a great start! Place is super relaxing, nice beds, huge TV with wifi smart TV set up which is super rare. Rooms are re-done, still a little outdated but for the price literally Do Not Care! Also pillows are good and the sheets are sheer white which I prefer at any hotel/motel. Pool is nice, chill and they have glasses and coffee mugs in the room and some footies and a robe for the pool. All those little things matter, especially for weekday value. Easy check in and a super nice staff - so far talked to 3 diff people at the front desk and they were all very friendly. read more

Here is the thing... the best way to enjoy your stay here is to begin with realistic expectations. And what are those? Think of the L3 Oasis hotel as a La Quinta or Days Inn. Some additional cautionary observations would be that the property is tired, and they only heat the smaller pool. If you get a room up front, on North Palm Canyon Drive, you will hear plenty of road noise so bring a fan. Some of the reviewers must have come during a busy period or high season and said they paid $450 per night.... yeah, that would leave you a bit disappointed. Also, they charge a $35/night resort fee. Don't expect to see anything resembling a resort here. If, however, you're fortunate enough to pay around $150 per night as I did, you'll probably come away feeling that this seems about right. read more

This hotel gets the job done. Newly renovated. Although you may run into some technical difficulties with the air conditioner (we had to change rooms...was a hassle, so check that everything works before getting comfortable) and our television (could not access applications so was only able to watch live t.v.). The staff are all pretty friendly. Very receptive and accommodating with requests. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping ladies are very friendly and readily available to provide towels, etc. This place offers black wash cloths for your beaten cake face needs. The pool area is very nice. Gets lots of good sun. I burned my bum so I can attest to that. The pool is glistening clean, free of leaves, and is very calm and quiet first thing in the morning so wake up early to enjoy it. Location is ideal. Everything is within a few minutes drive. If you're looking for accommodations at the last minute with a very reasonable price tag, this property will suit you well. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles but it definitely makes enough of a jingle. read more

I booked this hotel because l'm the Host for the MainStage Palm Springs Pride with over 200k expected. I respectfully requested a late checkout of noon - which still gives a 4 hour window prior to new check-ins. Her immediate response was an emphatic & raised "absolutely not!!". I asked to speak with Mgr Abbey. Again, "absolutely not" because Louis is in charge - ZERO people skills. You would think that when someone has stayed at your hotel specifically to prepare to Host a citywide event of over 200,000, that you would accommodate a reasonable request of checking out at noon - which is the regular check out for most US hotels. Also, NO closet & NO phone in room. If there were an award for the most unwelcoming, inhospitable & least accommodating person in the hospitality field, Louis would win. She's successfully made doing a community service to the Greater Palm Springs area unnecessarily difficult. read more

We rented two rooms for two nights this last December. The staff was nice and the rooms were seemingly fine at first. We booked this place in big part due to it having two hot tubs. We were very disappointed to find they were both broken. One was cold and the jets didn't work on the other. On the second night, a pipe burst and flooded my elderly mother's room shortly after she went to the bed for the evening. She came screaming to us for help around 11 pm. The staff was nice and helpful. We had to move all her contents (and my daughters' who shared the room with her) into our room and were asked to house them temporarily, as there were no clean rooms available to move them to. They eventually got a room cleaned and we moved them in there. It was past midnight and while we were all exhausted, none of us could sleep after being so jarred. The hotel gave us days and days of the run around, asking me to keep calling back . They eventually decided to refund one of the two rooms for the one night, even though it had effected all of us. No sleep, no hot tub, no refund, no response to email =no good. read more

I came up with my family to enjoy a Sunday in Palm Springs and asked if I could do an early check in, I was strictly told no, it would be 4 pm. That's ok. So I came around 2 and asked if we could use the pool until check in and they said yes, but it wouldn't be until 4. I checked back in at 3:45 and then they said my room wasn't ready and it wouldn't be until 4- 430. Not acceptable. I'm waiting in the lobby now, and there is nothing but people checking in. I have not experienced this type of service and it ruined my night. Do better. Now that I'm in my room, the tvs don't work! Lol! I thought this was a decent hotel when booking. I was itching the whole night and couldn't sleep at all. I woke up and found I had been bitten by bedbugs in the night. I told the manager, he says they "ordered an inspection and they didn't find them"....ya right. STAY AWAY THEY HAVE BED BUGS! Ignacio was working the front desk and did not handle this issue appropriately and is rude. I received a private message from him that they approved a late check out for us for no charge as though that excuses bed bugs. He says that they ordered an inspection instead of believing me. It's hard to believe that they didn't have bred bugs when I woke up with tons of bed bug bites. I have the bites to prove bed bugs. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Came to Palm Springs for a couple nights for my birthday and was excited for a little getaway. Arrived to the hotel, and got to our room and off the bat we noticed it was absolutely filthy. The water was milky, it did not work, and was making loud noises when we tried to turn on the sink. The room was dark and there was literally one light. Very dark in the room and the bed was rock hard, and definitely hadn't been properly washed. We went to the pool and it was extremely dirty. Looked like they hadn't cleaned the pool in months. The hot tub had chips floating in it, and was not sanitary. Within three hours we grabbed our stuff and checked out. The price is outrageous for considering what you're staying in. Complained to the front and the man working was very accommodating and we will be getting a refund. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. read more

When checking in they requested my drivers license then I was told they will need to make a copy and keep it. I have never been asked this at any hotel . After calling twice, someone finally answered the phone, and they were not very accommodating. I asked if they could leave a bottle of disinfectant in my room because I have worked in housekeeping and I know how much gets missed by many housekeepers, yet was told, "I don't think we can do that for you". Also, there are no shuttle services to or from the airport, so plan to either rent a car or Uber. And in addition to that, plan for an early flight because they charge an extra 50 bucks when you check in after 11 pm. EVEN IF you call ahead. This is the first hotel I will have stayed at where you can't request a late OR early check-in without being charged for it. 2 stars only because I have yet to stay at the L3. Otherwise, it would be 1. Honestly, though, I now really wish I could cancel my stay after my interaction with that front desk person. There's not much room for redemption after that, and I will most likely be staying elsewhere the next time I plan to visit. UPDATE: Room was disgusting, hair all over the floor, gross, old shower curtain, dirty walls (even looked like there was dried blood on the wall by my sink), tooth paste splatter on the sink faucet, jacuzzis both full of hair. The guy working the front desk was rude when I asked for pool code, saying, "it's in your packet", and the woman working the front desk can take a bit to notice your presence while she plays cards on her computer. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Originally, I gave them 2 stars, but now only one. Definitely will not stay here again. read more

My hotel was prepaid and my flight was delayed into Palm Springs by 8 hours, so instead of arriving Saturday night I arrived at 6am, they don't have a full time front desk, so they charge $50 for late check in? Then come to find out this place charges $37.50 per night for resort fees which I was not advised by a third party booking. Resort fee for WIFI that didn't work for 5 days, dirty pools with debris all over and apparently no working filtration system, stained and torn pool loungers, peeling paint and air conditioners that are loud and rattle. I would not recommend this place, total scam and I could've stayed in a much better hotel and location consider is off season in Palm Springs. read more

Run! I should have known better when we arrived for a 4pm checkin, and there was a bunch of people waiting... no room were ready. Everyone was checked in and rooms not ready until almost 5pm. And the girl behind the counter was annoyed because her solitare game (on the computer) had to be paused to help people. In the room, floors are slippery laminate made to look like wood and a nice sink area. There is also a fridge. BUT. The beds are hard as the floor. The ac works but is very noisy. Only 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth given per room. No phone, no iron, no coffee or closet in room. No cable tv either. Cheap vizio tv that only streaming (from your acct) can be watched. Wifi is non exisitant. There was a bug in the tub. No guest service after 11pm, so better hope you don't have any needs or issues. There is an emergency number that can be called but it is useless. 2 nights in a row our neighbors played loud music, screamed, laughed, cried, smoked weed by our window, slammed doors and crashed into walls until around 3am. We called the emergency number and we were told to go and tell them to be quiet... Now the outside. The parkinglot lights worked when they wanted to, but in many cases it was pitch dark. The pools are nice, the jacuzzis as well, very clean. The cabanas are literally old mattresses with sheets on them placed on top of handmade wood bases. This is nothing more than a motel 6, except motel 6 at least has cable. I brought ny concerns up to the general manager who pretty much said he would.make a note, nithing he could do. Anything else? Instead of apologizing and finding me another ready room, they told me to sit back in the lobby and wait 20 more minutes. This happened to multiple other guests. The room still wasn't up to par on cleanliness when I got in 45 minutes after I tried to check in. I also paid extra for a pool view and had dirt and a pillar for a view. The weather was in the high 60s but because of their wonderful heated pools and jacuzzi, we got to swim in the morning and night! Recently we did a short family trip to Palm dessert and loved how the rooms were newly renovated. The floors were wood instead of carpet so really liked that. The contemporary furniture was nice and the staff is friendly. They had two pool areas and it would be a great spot to even host a pool party or a bridal shower/bachelorette party.
