Don't listen to the 7+ year old reviews of this place because it's obviously changed a lot. Food was good, we ate it all! The gnocchi was great, and pizza was our favorite thing we got. Service wasn't "amazing" but not at all what the old reviews say. They were all nice and brought out our food pretty quick. Not sure if there is anything in Napoli that is less than 3 stars since I'm smitten by her beauty. As with everything along Via Toledo, people watching is of stellar quality. My friends and I Sat right next to the street and had lunch. I wasn't overly impressed with my food, but a bright spot, this restaurant had very few things on the menu with prices over 10€. In fact there were exactly 4 items that were 10€, the rest were less. Which threw me for a loop when I ordered a 4€ fratatta, but was served (and charged) a 10€ omlette, that didn't even have the ingredients that I ordered. The omlette was average and didn't have cheese in it. My friends disliked their fried cod. But everyone agreed that the French fries were great. I have to agree with the other bad reviews. I couldn't even eat what I ordered, and I feel rather ill too :(. Got the fried pizza, rustico with cheese and spinach, and a very bad lasagna. Give this one a miss. read more

Stopped by because wife wanted get something to eat. I had a Caprese, french fries, and water. The wife had a Bufalina pizza. My Caprese was a 2 of 5 stars because the Mozzarella wasn't as good as the one I've had before and tomatoes tasted odd. The pizza was good and so I give that a 4 of 5 stars. What prompted a 2 stars was the service and french fries. The gal that served us seemed like she was on her period and just haphazardly placed our food, menu on the table. the fries was like a day old where it was put in a microwave and served. read more

This is the shittiest place ever. Super rude servers, horrible customer service. We ordered spaghetti and also roast beef. Roast beef had unknowing watery stuff on top and spaghetti looked like a slice of cube brick. We could NOT eat at all and we aren't even picky eaters. We loved other Napoli food and this place just couldn't cut it, I had to ask server to take it back. She just kept saying "It's the food you ordered." And the other guy waiter also was such an ass. We just expressed our honest opinion and rightfully asked to take back as a paying customer. We didn't want to sound rude either so I tried to say nicely at first, but with their shitty facial expression, they made it harder for us to be nice. Somehow as Asian Americans, we felt as though there were racism into play. Otherwise they were just treating us like one of the tourists- as opposed to them being nice to locals -, and disrespect us as equal customers. In any way; this was a horrible experience. read more

The dishes where terrible, we ordered turkey breast, what we got was packaged deli chicken put on a plate with nothing else.

A 10 year old can make better lasagna. For a dish that is native to Naples, it's quite the embarrassment.
