Brought my MIL and daughter in for pedicures and also a mani for MIL. The environment was clean and pleasant. It was relaxing and friendly. Both pedicures were perfect. The manicure though... amazing! My MILs hand looked beautiful. So many colors to choose from and 2 weeks later, the polish looks brand new! Awful, went back to have the fixed and she said it wasn't her problem. I talked on the phone too much which isn't true, although I did answer the phone once. Asked for a refund and that she could remove them. She refused and said that she worked very hard. Extremely dissatisfied, and the prices on the wall is not what they charge you. read more

I went to this nail salon to get my eyebrows waxed with a friend and I left with chemical burns. Im going to preface this by saying yes I do have sensitive skin however I've had my eyebrows waxed many times before and have had no issues. I have chemical burns around my eyebrows and my eyelids are swollen. I brought in a note saying that I do in fact have chemical burns and she said "I don't even know what to say" she said she finished my eyebrows so there's nothing she could do. First of all, they did not use the color I picked out, instead of light blue they were turquoise. I asked for all of my nails to be the same length, but some are very short compared to others. They left dip powder all over my hands. They did do anything my cuticles, in-fact they made them worse. They are very rude and customer service was extremely poor. Multiple people walked in after I did and they told them the wait was only 30 minutes and they have been here well over that. I went to get my nails filled and recolored and I asked if they were able to do a certain design ahead of time to which they replied yes, so I sat down and they began doing my nails. They were rude and the service was subpar. When it came to doing the design on my nails they told me they actually could not do it after they had already put the acrylics on, so I was forced to go with a different option. They did not put enough coats of polish on my nails and they look very streaky. My other friend who went with me also experienced bad service. Will not be coming here again read more

Not happy. I had been here before and found the service average. This time however I was very disappointed. I asked that she cut my nails only a little bit. By the time she finished cutting and filing my nails were just barely above the fingertips. They are uneven, poorly shaped and peeling after one day. Will not return. read more

Took forever to get to my mails. I sat there for an hour after my appointment. And then she made me bleed on several finger. customer service was a wreck. She continual told me to stop moving while I was completely still. And if that's all not enough she took a personal call while doing my nails. read more

Lucky is very good! He takes his time and makes sure that your nails will be good. When he's the only one in, he calls someone in so that the wait won't be long. I highly recommend him bot only because of his professionalism but because he does a very very great job too. read more

Manicure and pedicure was rushed and I got there before it started to get busy. I had been traveling for the past 20 hours (from Guam) and I really just wanted to relax and get pampered. My manicure looked worse than before I got it done and I had to ask another technician to clean under my nails because afterwards my technician disappeared. This place is not the best for nails. Bad customer service ( the lady working on me kept on talking on her phone & at one point left me because she saw someone she knew outside and wanted to say hi! She used a kitchen sponge to wipe mud masque off my legs, eww! She didn't get rid of my callous and my heels were still dry and this morning I was still peeling dead skin off the bottom of my foot! Not only that, I watched 2 girls get their brows waxed and the waxer used the same stick for both clients and set the stick on top of pot when she was done, as if they use one stick the whole day...that's just not sanitary. I witnessed John who has done my nails for years, yelling at a customer for 5 minutes, she had very little to say, and was just wanting them to fix something, he didn't stop laying into her it,was a disgusting act by a local business person. I've gone to LT Nails quite a few times and have been disappointed every time. I've been trying to get a square shaped nail: Straight on the sides and across the top. This last time I had a picture of what shape I wanted and ended up with something out of Star Trek. My natural nails are lifting from the acrylic after just one week and the nail polish is coming off. These people speak very little English. I will be looking for another salon. I have been getting my nails done for more than 15 years - and this is by far the worst place I have ever been too. They are completely unsanitary, and totally rude. I went in for a pedicure that should have take a half an hour max. Well the guy that was doing it decided to face time during my pedicure turning it into an hour and a half process. Then had the nerve to say something when I didn't tip him. I decided to go there this morning to get my nails filled, giving them one more chance. There were 4 people sitting around doing NOTHING, and I waited 20 minutes before finally walking out. They were absolutely terrible. I normally do not write bad reviews; in this case I felt that I needed to. I went for a pedicure & fill, I explained prior to my pedicure that I didn't want her to take very much off the bottom of my feet because I run. The other lady working understood and even talked about running. Needless to say I had to pull my foot away & tell her to stop. Not to mention that she cut my cuticles twice. I sat waiting for another 45 min for the fill because they only had 2 men doing the fills & 2 women doing the Pedi's. Needless to say the English was not fluent. They have a sign that says Cash or Debit Card. I tried asking if I needed a pin # or if they ran it like a Credit Card. The woman had no clue what I was asking & the man finally decided that I did need one. After a long phone conversation with my bank trying to get a new pin # since I never used mine. He decided afterwards that I didn't even need it. :( I asked him prior to doing my nails if he had something to put on the cuts that kept bleeding on my toes; he wiped it off with his fingers! I kept trying to explain that I didn't want it infected & he finally put something on it for me. Needless to say he didn't wash his hands before working on me or the next person! My nails were not done very well either; 1 week later I am having to go back to my normal nail lady to get them redone. read more
