Tim was so nice! He made sure we had all the necessary documents, made sure we paid taxes to ALL of the various states and counties and whatnot, discovered some expenses we wouldn't have claimed otherwise, and even corrected a HUGE mistake on the part of an employer! Tim took the time to explain everything to us and all the returns were complete and ready to go when we sat down with him the final time. He is the nicest guy and his prices are a deal, too! I went to yelp for help and found Kate with Mayhew Accounting. When I did my search she was the first one to contact me. She set up a short 10-15 minute meet and greet consultation via a weblink to get an understanding of our needs. The call went well minus some technical problems on my end but she was completely understanding and professional through it all. We down loaded an app called Tax Dome that we used to upload documents and communicate through. She asked us to take Pictures and upload tax documents from our previous year as well as our current taxes. The cost was around $300.00 for our service. Everything was handled remotely. If she needed additional information she sent us a message. When we were traveling and needed a few days she waited without pressure or attitude. Very professional and outstanding customer service for a first time user did not go unnoticed. Our funds have been deposited from the state and federal and our payment for the service completed. My bank account and personal information protected and a good sense of completing task safely.

I spoke to Seth who assured me that he could complete the review and take whatever action was needed to correct the filings. After waiting nearly two weeks for a reply, I called to inquire as to status and he apologized for the delay and lack of communication. Two months later and still no response, I followed-up again. My recommendation if you need accounting services, save yourself the time and grief and find yourself a better CPA firm.
