Entrecote served with french fries and salad
Linh N.

During our couple vacation my bf needed his meat so we went after a steakhouse. After a simple reservation on their site our tables were booked, as we arrived we discovered the big blackboard with the menu. It was rather manageable, with the most important steak options like Entrecote (what he ordered). On the contrary was the wine collection, the card was really overwhelming maybe a bit over the top! The price-performance ratio was okay, not the best steak but not bad. But the bread on the side was really good. The steak was served with some french fries and salad. The Service made it a really nice stay.

Perfect portions.

Their hours are strange, but, when open, the wine and food are fantastic. The Paris take on a steak house, the portions are perfect and the wine selection superb. They work well with us non-French speaking Americans.

Sublime! Amazing wine and steak selections! Good for after work drink-dinner with colleagues/friends but also nice for couples.

Delicious and beautiful. We had to wait another 30 minutes for our main dish. Granted we were given complimentary olives, chips and bread. They did apologize for the food delay. Here are the issues I had. We shared the tomato salad appetizer. When it was brought out, the server didn't offer to give us small plates. Also, after eating it, we had to use the same forks for our main dishes. For both main dishes (Truffled Macaroni and Roasted Cod), I felt they weren't as warm as they should have been. Nevertheless, they were enjoyed tremendously. I felt the menu weren't as descriptive as I'm use to. In California, a lot of higher end restaurants list so many ingredients on their menu, you can almost make the dish at home with it. Dessert was 'Red Fruit Tart.' So descriptive. It was way too hard. It should have been allowed to sit at room temperature before serving. We still recommend this place since the food was really good. They just need to work on their service, considering their price points.

The elevator to get to this restaurant is shared by hotel guests accessing the pools on level 0. The single elevator can get crowded and slow. It was weird to share elevator with guests and their bathrobes. I was shocked to receive what was basically hummus in a jar. I've never heard of a restaurant serving a dish that they didn't make. The Rooftop Salad with tomatoes, bulgur, arugula, avocado and grapefruit was just a bit too strong for me. Too much balsamic vinegar. My friend ordered the burger which he liked very much. We left soon after. It was getting chilly and it's all outdoor seating up here and some people started smoking. It was time to go. Overall, the view was amazing. The sun was setting. I felt the food wasn't as good. But, both restaurants here in this hotel are from the same chef. Of well.

When we arrived the staff told us this was not possible unless we wanted to pay almost €200 and turned us away. Said the rooftop terrace was full, even though there were only 2 people in the pool. Very snobby staff unwilling to accommodate us and unwilling to accept we were given wrong information over the phone. Shame as it looks so lovely inside. Went to a public pool and had a great time instead.

I went with a French friend so did not have to speak English, so I'm not sure if they speak English, but they were quite friendly so I don't think you would have a problem getting your point across. The chef was very sweet, coming to greet all the patrons himself. Between the two of us we ordered the foie gras, burrata with mango, lamb, apple compote, and assorted sorbet. Everything was excellent, with the foie gras and burrata definitely exceeding expectations. My friend ordered another burrata because he loved it so much! The location is close to Boulogne in the 16th so in a residential area, but definitely a hidden gem.
