They were superior to any newengland oyster I have encountered. They were delicate, yet meaty and you could taste the sweet salty Bretagne coast with one slurp. Nice vinaigrette accomplice aswell. Then I had the rabbit. Prepared in an intoxicating sun dried tomato sauce with olives. After each delishus bite of the rabbit I chased it with an olive. Just fantastic.
