Plain Croissant

We were able to walk in and get a table quickly. Our server Linda was very sweet and accommodating. This is a very quaint place and nicely decorated for the holidays. We are traveling from the US, so the food was a bit different but overall tasty. I enjoyed my experience, but I wouldn't call this a staple.

We stopped in for brunch before our trip to Paris and what a cafe! The bagel was great and the granola bowl was astounding. The desserts were the best we have had in the UK

I walked in and was immediately greeted. They have a ton of desserts displayed. There is also ample indoor seating. I had a tiramisu cake which was delicious and soft and the pistachio cake which was very moist with pieces of nuts inside.

Beautiful inside here with the mini lights on the ceiling. Excellent beef stroganoff with nice gravy and creamy mashed potatoes. Amazing desserts, the pistachio rose petal cake was so good with it being moist and light tasting. Shared service here so sometimes you have to flag them down.

Dessert and drinks was the perfect way to end our London trip. L'Eto Caffè is located in Soho, London and besides regular food, they serve a variety of desserts with vegan options. The place is nicely decorated. The service is fast and the staff seems friendly. Although we only came for sweets, my daughters couldn't help but to try the fried calamari and the truffle fries. We indulged in our cakes and enjoyed our drinks. We ended our trip on a sweet note. Until next time, London.

I was on a walking tour of the city for 24hours and wandering around Soho with no clue where to stop for lunch until I came across the wonderful pastries in their window shop. I'm never a much of a sweets person but these just looked so incredible I couldnt resist. My lunch consisted of a pastry, wine, and if I remember correctly, some fries? very "girl dinner" esque but it was such a lovely meal in a beautiful restaurant and the staff were so awesome!

The interior is gorgeous! So many cakes and pastries to choose from. We wanted to try their vanilla dulce de leche cake. I also got their oolong tea. The cake was moist, sweet and loved the berries on top. My tea was good as well. Service was friendly and kept checking on us periodically.

L'ETO is such a charming bakery and tea spot near covent garden! The portions for tea are quite small but the drinks and baked goods are very flavorful and high quality- I highly recommend the apple cake! The service is quite slow, but if you have time to stop in and relax it's overall a great place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of central London.

Warning! This place is highly highly HIGHLY addictive for anyone with a sweet tooth. My husband loves his desserts and this was a constant stop every night we were in London. I'm not a desserts person and even I gave in. Can't miss!!!

Ambiance = cute and cozy. Greenery decor, including eucalyptus wrapped wooden grid planks on the ceiling. Seating = very tight and close to neighbors Price = very high for small desserts and drinks. About 8 pounds for drinks/desserts. Service = no complaints. Desserts = cute but no wow factore

I honestly came here because it's Alia Bhatt's favorite café (IYKYK). There was cute and vibrant decor, and you're instantly greeted by a counter of delicious desserts. It was one of the best milk cakes ever. It was moist, flavorful, creamy, and rich. The whipped cream and berries were perfect. However it was a tad overpriced for a small slice, and the service was a bit slow for just ordering one dessert.

Colorful and vibrant atmosphere. Love the wall papers in the room, the decorations, and colors at the window display. We were not looking for the dessert but upon stumbling upon this place, we just couldn't resist. We got a chai latte, raspberry mousse, and tiramisú desserts to share. Tiramisú was so airy and fluffy. I've only had it this good at one other Italian place in California. The raspberry tart was a feast for the palate. Each layer complemented the next just beautifully. The chai latte was smooth and not overly spiced. It was calming and enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place for a date or a nice treat. You deserve it! ;)

CAPUCCINO *** Regular Temp *** Salted Caramel Chocolate cake

What a lovely caffe! The desserts are heavenly. I literally wanted to try a bite of everything but alas I went with the Salted Caramel Chocolate cake and cappuccino. Which was soooo delish!!!! I could only eat a few bites and took the rest back to my hotel. My hubby went with the Napoleon cake. He said it was super good. The service was good and ambiance is quaint and beautiful.

Bloomsbury Cafe - Neapolitan pasta

So my mother and I ate at a lot of eateries while we were in London last year. Only Bloomsbury Cafe…read moreleft us declaring defeat: we just couldn't finish our meals here. Their servings are HUGE, and are so affordable too! I left wishing my mother and I had the ability to save our leftovers for later, because we hated wasting any of the delicious food that we ordered. Even before we got our food we were pretty excited. When you walk in you're greeted here with a beautiful sight: fresh sandwiches, bread, and pastries, all on display right at their main counter. Once we were seated I noticed little flower pots line the window, too. Fresh food and flowers - what more can you ask from a cafe for a first impression? We also loved the owner and his wife: they were very kind and they constantly kept us up to date on our food order, just to mention what was done and what they still needed to do or cook. They clearly work hard to provide fresh fast meals - and we learned quickly as people came in and out of the place that takeaway is available here. But we wanted to enjoy a sit down meal, and enjoy we did! I started mine with fresh squeezed juice - we're talking so fresh you'll want to add sugar to it if you're used to the juice that comes in stores. And when our English breakfasts came out? Just, wonderful. My mother and I each received SO much food. Both meals came with amazing buttered bread (like, I would have happily eaten an entire plate of bread and only bread), hash browns so fresh that they may as well have given us the original potatoes (yum), and what I can really only describe as a mountain of beans, eggs, and meat (well, on mine anyway - not so much on my mother's vegetarian breakfast order). All of it absolutely delicious, and every single bite made me smile wider and wider. Definitely walk on in if you're near this little shop. Don't be afraid to order one meal and share it if there's only two of you, either - you'll likely both leave well fed, and you can always order a little more food if you want too from that great looking counter of theirs...

I had rice with meatballs in a tomatoe sauce which was a bit hot and very delicious. The waitress (I guess the owner of the café) was very nice and friendly, did ask if we want drinks or dessert. This is one of London's remaining "proper" cafes. The owners are genuinely lovely and welcome…read moreeveryone with a smile and even remember you if it's been months between visits. I always come to this establishment if I'm in the area and demand that my colleagues meet me there. I've never heard a complaint. Many local establishments wouldn't know a "full English" of it slapped them across the back of their legs, but you won't be disappointed here. Decent, tasty, full-sized sausages, quality bacon and all of the assorted extras that would set anybody for the day. The coffee is good and if you've still got space for lunch later, they also sell a range of delicious sandwiches. The owners are flying the flag for English (no fuss) breakfasts. The interesting thing is that neither of the owners are native Brits, but they've certainly created a welcome oasis in this part of London. Even the health conscious and vegetarians will be happy. Highly recommended.
