Made by the owner himself using amazingly fresh ingredients, some of which he has picked that morning from his garden at the bottom of the valley, so mostly organic.
He will make whatever pizza you want, on whichever thickness of base you like, and has lots of unusual suggestions to get your imagination going. Eg If you don't like tomato base he can do 'white' pizza using cream. I opted for thin crust, tomato base, ham, mushrooms, green peppers and masses of buffalo mozzarella. Superb!
I couldn't eat it all in one go so reheated the remains in the oven later and it was still delicious.
