I am a conissuer of craft beer bars and finally found a true hidden gem. The entire shop was maybe 10 × 10 feet in size but packed a big punch when it came to variety of craft brews. Some of the German canned beers were familiar, but the Spanish beer was rare to me and I had to try one. We grabbed an ice cold canned beer from the cooler called Engorile J. Hops Neipa brewed in Barcelona Spain. The owner walked us up a small staircase to the balcony with a small table and two chairs overlooking the Onyar River producing extreme tranquility. He brought over two beer glasses which we poured our Spanish craft beer into and enjoyed a relaxing twenty minutes with my wife. A small Ficher's Lovebird properly named Amore, was sitting on the table alongside our beer and the wife enjoyed his company too. We took some pictures as the owner played some love music. It was pure customer service in this family run beer shop and really appreciated the homey experience. read more
Love this little take away beer spot! After grabbing a couple beers out of the coolers, I asked the store owner where we could sit drink them. He motion us to come with him and led us upstairs to a balcony looking over the river. There was a little table with a Lovebird in a cage on it and two chairs. He brought two ice cold glasses and poured our beers and let us sit with romantic music on his balcony. Now that's what I call hospitality! read more
