I chose Magda. After speaking with Alex (one of the owners) of Magda cleaning company. He toured my home. Gave me an estimate and a few hours later he gave me a firm price which I accepted. The following week, they arrived on time with a crew of 3 plus Alex. They wasted no time in getting to work. They departed in 5.5 hours. I thought that was amazing. No shortcuts. I trusted them in my home. Bottom line. I have zero hesitation in saying that the cleaning experience was above and beyond what I expected. Alex has an eye for detail that is impressive. The crew were very hard workers, pleasant, polite, efficient and trustworthy. I have no regrets and I experienced tons of happiness post cleaning, because of hiring them.

I hate it when nice people do a lousy job…read more While the house is certainly cleaner than when they came, this was by no means a "deep" clean that I paid for. As advertised on their website, and not performed: they didn't empty the trash bins they did a spotty job on the baseboards (even after I specifically mentioned this in the estimate visit) they didn't clean all the windows, if any the ceiling fans weren't dusted And the cleaning that they did do wasn't thorough- I found pieces of dust under furniture and on counters, and they didn't wipe down all the furniture. On top of it, they broke our kitchen trash bin spring top, and didn't say anything about it. They were also late, which wouldn't have been a big deal except they kept changing just *how* late they were going to be via text. Will not be repeating, and do not recommend.

This is one of those very rare cases where you get much more than what you pay for. I imagine as they get more popular though, they will raise rates so I wouldn't hesitate. Cleaning the baseboards, doors, under the beds, top of doors - anywhere that dust and dirt can accumulate is their specialty. The bathrooms and kitchen are spotless when they are finished. Actually the whole house is. At times, furniture has to be moved to get the dirt underneath the rugs and they are happy to ensure that it is done. Granted my furniture is not that heavy. They turn the rugs around in the process. We rotate the cleaning of the kitchen cabinets and shelving. They also clean the trash storage, sills, picture frames, shades and more. My dining room table is wood so it needs Old English to stand out which they take care of nicely. Actually, I have a lot of wood accent pieces in my home so Old English comes in handy. The glass is nicely cleaned eliminating fingerprints and any other particles. They always stay the full time contracted for there is always something to do.

When I did a first walk through, things looked good, but after taking a closer look, I was disappointed. The grout was still dirty in the shower, the fridge and oven had not been cleaned, nor was the kitchen hood. I found cobwebs still all over the house and the high window sills still had dust. Only the windows on the front entry seem to have been cleaned. Maybe there was a miscommunication on what we wanted to be cleaned, but definitely a bit bummed out with the level of clean for the cost of service.
