Had my driveway resurfaced in late august of 2024. Crew damaged my garage siding and Joe and I…read morereached an agreement for the damage - which was fine. In April of 2025, a few cracks stated to develop. I called and got a commitment to repair but no stated date because of the amount of work - again ok. However, after a couple of months, I called again assuming they forgot me. Since then, I have gotten the run around. They have committed dates and never showed, email interactions with no useful response, and even a commitment to arrive on a Saturday around noon to 1pm. As expected - even though I called to confirm - Joe never showed. The cracks are now about 8 feet and 3 feet long. Will be finding someone else to seal the driveway. I just would not recommend them. Update: October 2025: Pardini actually arrived 3 hours late and sealed the driveway. Six months of pestering got some action. I have updated to 3 stars.

BLUF: Pay the premium, it's not worth saving a couple hundred bucks to deal with this small business. I'm sure 80% of the work is sufficient and straight forward, but the other 20% they can royally mess up. The company's response to my poor review on homeadvisor is that my basement doesnt leak after they did the work, funny enough, it didn't leak before either...I was just getting preemptive work done because the towns surrounding the property historically are wet and all my neighbors have sump pumps. Was I happy with the job, kinda, was I happy it existed prior to the historically wet summer we experienced last year, YES. Would I have gone with someone else knowing how they operate, 100%. Pricing is fair or lower than fair for a reason. I wouldn't recommend them to a family member or a friend...maybe a stranger who is in a pinch and they are the last resort.

After contacting Puritan they had a crew here after hours within 90 minutes. Alex was the lead very straight forward and upfront he showed me with his scanner where the water was his assistant was running another machine along the walks where he found no water damage to the walls. After Alex gave me a brief rundown of what they where going to do to help absorb the water they went right to work. A little over an hour they finished sucking what water they could get from the carpet they set up humidifiers and fans to run for the next few days. While finding the water damage was a big disappointment Puritan was very professional. We would highly recommend this company. I hope I never have to use them again but we know who we can call and trust if we ever have water damage again

I contacted TOSL in April for a quote on a special garden and my appointment was missed. They apologized and showed up at the next appointment. We chatted, had a good time, exchanged good ideas. I gave him a drawing of what I wanted done (that was lost and I had to reproduce) and I was told they were very busy, but they would fit me in this year... "promise". Then it was an email out to ask how the quote was coming a month later, and another promise... a few more emails, more promises.
