Just spent over $3000.00 to get my lawn done over, having trouble with a few heads leaking, called him 4 times crickets...... he called back "I was on vacation will be there Monday" well that was 5 Mondays ago! It started out great. Mike was going to fix my irrigation. Then we had a pile of dirt (85 cubic yards) that was delivered/dropped off and when he came by did say it would be in his way. Makes sense. I get that. So we rescheduled. No prob. Then we had some rain. So he rescheduled. Which was ok too. I get it. But then he simply didn't show up that Sunday. But he said his truck was hit. Also ok I guess that happens so let's reschedule. Right? Nope.... Because then he just ghosted me. I tried three more times (see pic). No reply. I'm always understanding. Try to be reasonable with everyone. Easy to work with. But he left me up the creek. Had to hire another company last minute and it cost me far more due to the timing and urgency to get this done so I could get the lawn hydro seeded. Mike is a nice guy. I'm sure he is super busy. We are still having issues with our system and since writing my last review we had the well company come back out to look at something and they found that there was likely an issue within the irrigation system. Our new irrigation co. came out to identify the problem and after discussing causes they asked me how the winterization of the system went. We thought it went well but according to them, these issues could be related to a poor winterization... which was completed by Michael. read more

When we purchased our home, the previous owners left a list of their preferred service providers(Painters, landscapers, oil company, etc) It was fantastic and very easy as we made the transition to a new town and home. LC Irrigation was one of those server providers. After the first meeting, we were very skeptical with the attitude and service that was provided. We are a very positive family so we brushed it off as the owner having a bad day so we decided to stick with them. Hey, customers are tough to deal with sometimes.Unfortunately, the service did not get any better. Beyond the rudeness and "matter of fact" attitude, the company has been consistently late getting back to you, making late changes to appointments or not showing up at all. Be aware, the owner is not the one answering company emails. Emails seem very concerned and attentive to customer needs but rest assure once you meet the owner the true colors of the company will shine through. You can also do a quick google review search and see they they also have a mixed bag of reviews. I hate leaving negative reviews but want people to be aware of what the getting themselves into with this irrigation company.
