My experience with Spectrum Aesthetics has been incredibly frustrating and stressful…read more I traveled to Miami for breast surgery scheduled for September 30 and had completed the required pre-op testing and medical clearance ahead of time. I had an HCG serum test completed on September 11 and sent the result to Spectrum on September 16. On the morning of my surgery, I was told my procedure was being canceled/postponed because they said the HCG serum test had not been completed. They then repeated the test that morning. During the same visit, I was told the surgeon recommended adding a breast lift and internal mesh bra to my surgery. I declined those additional procedures. A few hours later, Spectrum called and told me my surgery would instead be moved to Friday. I could not accommodate a Friday surgery and requested a refund. I want to be clear that I did not simply change my mind and cancel my original surgery. I traveled to Miami, appeared for my scheduled procedure, completed the requested testing, and was prepared to proceed. Spectrum did not perform the surgery on the confirmed date. I also paid around $200 for medication and incurred airfare and hotel expenses related to this trip. For someone traveling from out of state, a last-minute cancellation and rescheduling like this causes a huge financial and emotional burden. I am now requesting a full refund and hope Spectrum resolves this promptly.

BTW, the real link is here: http://eurospamedica.com/home.html Dr. Lopez: She has been in this industry for 20+ years, and so her experience is reflected in her work. She is meticulous and careful, which is extra important when working with lasers on your face. She is the only doctor in Miami (who I've found) who does great work and at an affordable price. Price: I purchased a Groupon for the laser peel for $89. If you continue going to her, she charges you the Groupon price. I think you have to prepay to get the reduced rate. Results: The results were INCREDIBLE. I have a few acne marks which I've tried to lighten with chemical peels (I've gone up to 70%), and nothing has worked as well as the laser peel. The first time I did it I was red for one full day. The following day, it looked like I got a sunburn. I even went out to the bar the following evening without makeup and my skin was FLAWLESS. If you looked closely, you could see the track marks from the laser. The second time I did it, I was red for a few hours, and fine that evening. I have my third appointment for next week, so I expect similar results. I would highly recommend the laser peels with Dr. Gloria Lopez if you're looking to even out your skin tone and to prevent or reduce wrinkles.
