This place felt like a tourist trap. It clearly caters to Americans missing meat in the seafood…read moreheavy region of Italy. But don't fall for the tricks. This was mentioned in Fodors, and had good reviews on TripAdvisor. The food we received looked nothing like we saw on trip advisor. The mixed fried plate was just a bunch of fried macaroni, rice, and cheese (which was not good). The steak was all severely under salted, and came with a terrible peppercorn sauce that was so awful I refused to use it. The wine was mediocre. The pizza roll was almost all bread and no filling. And the plate of grilled vegetables was paper thin, bland, and overpriced at 6 €. (Should have been no more than 2-3€ given how little there was). I will say that my daughter liked the pizza bianchi, but you don't come to a meat place for pizza. I blame Fodor's (and trip advisor) for sending me to this tourist trap. Neither the owner nor any member of the staff asked us how the food was....presumably, because they knew it was terrible. Don't make the same mistake I did. I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this TOURIST TRAP at all costs.
