No Pho, no cafe suda, no vermicelli, etc. In fact, most of the things here were Chinese. The sizzling beef and onion dish was not served on a sizzling plate. The only shining point was the lemongrass chicken, which is a Vietnamese dish, and was done well. Maybe this is all Nimes has to offer in terms of Chinese food, but color me disappointed.
