The office is very professional and they spoke fluent English. The location is easy to get to and very clean and welcoming. I have had many massages to help me cope with chronic pain. The massage I had from Ellen was top notch. She was excellent. I felt in good hands. Her skills are fantastic and her personality was kind. My husband saw Sylviane ( I think that's how to spell her name) and he gave rave reviews to her as well. He said best massage ever! We will go back every time we visit Quebec City!

The waiting room is in the reception in front of the hair salon and not a separate "quiet room" . There are no amenities in the rooms to use when getting ready. It would have been nice if there was a brush, face cream, etc.....
