After this experience, I could see adding something like this in more frequently!! Sibéria offers really great deals online, which we purchased and booked in advance. No problems with using it upon arrival. We started with a 60 minute massage that was so calming and relaxing. We had lunch at the cafe - a duck & Brie sandwich, soup, and maple coffee (with alcohol). Delicious! We spent the rest of the day in the steam bath, hot tubs, sauna, resting pods, and drinking herbal tea. Truly a relaxing day. There are cold plunge options but we opted out of those! The only con is the changing rooms / lockers are a bit tight space wise, especially in the winter months with big jackets + layers. When visiting remember to bring your bathing suit and slides/flip-flops. Slides are available for purchase if you do forget. Towels and robes are provided. It was lightly snowing on the day we visited making it a magical experience and felt like being in a hallmark movie! Would love to come back and recommend to anyone visiting QC.

First, I made a stop at the cute café - wow, the food was amazing! My favorite was the curry duck sandwich, and the charcuterie board. I can't believe the restaurant at a spa can be of this amazing quality The spa itself was very well equipped and clean too. The changing room only has three stalls, a bit small. I enjoyed all the pools and saunas, and it even has an access to the river behind. Very cool place!! Every staff and service was friendly and there were multiple water fountains at the facility so just bring your water bottle because you'll definitely want to stay hydrated.

From the moment you get into the change rooms, you feel like you're in a nice, relaxing place. The showers were like the ones you'd find in a boutique hotel. There large outdoor hot pools area overlooks the St. Laurence river, which is stunning. They've set up a fire with blankets as well. Several "quiet area" signs abound, but they're written in French. Some of the guests are a bit chatty, including my friends and me. While I recognize that it may be off-putting to people who want some kind of serene bathing experience, well, it's a social outing. Nobody was completely "wild". The two indoor areas contain a eucalyptus steam room or a dry sauna. Both of the areas have a "quiet room" on top, and one of the quiet rooms has tea. I did find the furniture to be quite noisy and creaky, which made for a bit of a comedy show whenever anyone would move about. Also, I'm not sure I'd want to lay down on any of the "couples beds". Bring your towel with you. The spa is great after a hard day of skiing or riding. I had such a good, relaxing time there that I made my friends go again the next time I was in Beaupre! This is sure to become a staple of my trips to mont-sainte-Anne.

Zonespa is a day spa located about one kilometer from QC 360, the main highway in this area. It is…read morevery clean and professional. There are three stages: hot, cold and relaxation. For hot, there are hot tubs, a moist sauna, and a dry Finnish sauna. For cold, there is a cold shower, a lake shower (or the lake itself), and a Nordic pool. For relaxation, there is a solarium and a yurt. Clients bring their bathing suits and sandals and spend less than fifteen minutes in a hot stage, about fifteen seconds in a cold stage, and then lie in the relaxation stage - where you can't talk, by the way. After you've rested, you do it over again. We stayed for three hours at $37 Canadian. Actually, it was great, though I'm not sure why. Apparently it's even better if you can immerse yourself in the Nordic pool and then jump in the hot tub. I couldn't immerse myself but there was a pins-and-needle sensation while I was in the hot tub. I also had a massage, which was good but was probably not necessary on my first trip. I didn't give it a higher score because I haven't been to other spas. Overall, it was very enjoyable and relaxing, a well-spent three hours, and another reason to pack a bathing suit and flip-flops whenever you travel.
