The Process We met with Jana a few times in person and over email and calls to decide on our package. Jana was incredibly professional, kind and honest. She didn't try to upsell anything and listened to all of our asks. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure we felt confident our vision was going to be executed. About 6 weeks prior to the wedding Body Rock sent us a questionnaire to confirm our song selections and provide information about our wedding. We talked everything over with Jana and we were good to go! About 2 weeks out, we were assigned John and Nico as MC and DJ. The Event John and Nico - thank you!- they really made our night special! They listened to all of our requests and respected it. John and Nico received a lot of compliments. They had a great mix of music! When it came time to announce the cake cutting and dessert, he called us aside and suggested that we do it quietly off to the side with the photographer. A few weeks before the wedding, we sent him a suggested playlist so he would get our "vibe." We told him to use it, or go off it, whatever he felt the party needed. He seamlessly blended our suggestions with some of his own stuff. I then proceeded to contact Frank for details pertaining to his staff that would be coming the day of the event and asking for dimensions of his layout, etc. The only way I could reach Our oh so wonderful Frank was to put another inquiry on his website and pretending to be a new customer. As if by wizardry, Frank calls my wife back in five minutes flat. Very professional Frank! (Mind you, two weeks MIA) After asking for an explanation for about five minutes, he proceeded to tell me that he was understaffed, all his staff apparently left his firm, and that he was in the process of hiring new staff. I swear he must've been waiting at the door and rang the bell as the clock turned. He was very professional and courteous. He asked many good questions to get to know more about us, our likes and dislikes. He even provided us with a timeline, like a wedding planner! His rates were reasonable. We met with him again prior to the event to sample music and confirm our selections. He was very easy to get along with and made us feel confident. We were a little worried since the guests on my husbands side were very different from my side. On my side, we have Puertoricans, Dominicans and South Americans mostly. On my husbands side, Irish, Italian, Jewish. We wanted to include everyone and encourage as much dancing as possible. This was quite a delicate balance but Enrique managed to pull it off.
