We would give Bill Vidovic (the owner) and his teams an unqualified recommendation to anyone needing to repair or upgrade their home's exterior. Bill was easy to work with. He was patient with our questions and ideas. His guidance about what was, and what was not, cost effective made our project more affordable. Bill's pricing is very competitive. As part of the bid process, Bill explained his preferred materials and installation process and how they comply completely with James Hardie / Hardie Plank installation and warranty requirements. We have a Deckorators Surestone deck that we were concerned about scratching given all of the ladder work that would need to happen from the deck. The Preferred Exteriors teams went the extra mile for us by protecting the deck with drop cloths and plywood during the project. The deck came through the project in pristine condition thanks to the Preferred Exteriors team's extra care. When issues came up, as they always do with a project of this scale, Bill's team dealt with them promptly and satisfactorily. Bottom line, I'm pretty fussy about my home and Preferred Exteriors made me happy.

Bill was very professional, understood our time constraints, and worked us in for an initial quotes for repairs on a property in contract. Really appreciate Bill spending time with us at the house to understand full scope of needs and if you want expertise in home siding Preferred Exteriors is best around.

Country restoration cleaned up their shoddy work, found damage they caused and worked as quickly as possible. We are very pleased with their work. Only 4 stars due scheduling issues and taking quite a while for the final bill, but I think it was due to a change in project management. The new project manager had a lot of jobs to handle when he first came onboard. Not his fault. The area is very spread out and not enough contractors. They went through the charges and contract thoroughly and we knew the processes we were beholden to. Very transparent which is so lacking in this industry.

He had me order the parts through the company as it was less expensive than him trying to find it. Getting him back to install it was a little challenging but he fixed the issue that I had with a very old tub and very old leaky handles. I told him I had another house I wanted him to work on, my own. It took a while to schedule, he's not good at calling back. The laundry sink was very slow. Occasionally it would backflow on my garage floor. He told me it was because the pipes were facing wrong where connected to kitchen sink and there was backflow when you ran the dishwasher and the laundry machine at the same time because the drainage pipe was faced in the wrong direction. He cut a hole in the ceiling of my downstairs bathroom to fix the problem under the kitchen sink. Only that wasn't the problem. That was not why I was getting overflow. It turns out the laundry sink wasn't even connected. Before all of this, he used a snake down the air pipe for the plumbing in the garage. It got stuck somewhere. He told me he would come back with someone with a scope to find out where it was stuck and what the problem actually was. That was a month ago. I have called and left messages. I'm getting ready to sell my house and I need this fixed. I'm now going with a different company who could do the scope and the fix. They are a little more expensive, but they called me back. I'm also having to hire a handyman to finish off the bathroom. I figure if I have to pay for someone else to get his snake out it's mine right? He abandoned the job. He was always acting like he was doing me a favor fitting me into his schedule. But why take the job if you're not gonna finish it? Just tell me you're too busy and I'll go somewhere else.

We decided to have him stop by my home to see the bathroom in person and discuss the project in more detail. He provided great insight and helpful considerations, whether we chose to purchase and install our own shower door or hire Bath Pros NW to handle the entire job. I especially appreciated the accountability he took and the consistent communication he provided throughout the process. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Bath Pros NW. Duane earned my trust, and I have confidence that he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. I cannot recommend this company due to their disrespectful communication and lack of transparency. During my initial call to request a glass door estimate, the representative made a highly inappropriate comment regarding my spouse needing to be present, and asked if I was "able to write a check." I moved forward with the appointment anyway, hoping for better service in person. Instead, she arrived today, stating they only do full shower systems and after I showed her the bathroom and reiterated what I was wanting done (the glass door at the least, and maybe an updated shower if it was in the budget). When I questioned why she scheduled the appointment knowing my exact needs, she became condescending and falsely claimed she had already told me this. I ultimately told her that I knew I should have canceled the appointment due to her initial unprofessionalism and that I was very unimpressed with how everything was handled. To boot, she intentionally called me by the wrong name on the way out the door. Wasted time, dishonest communication, and insulting customer service.

Robert walked through and did a thorough inspection and sent me a quote by the next day. He asked when I wanted to start, and I said as soon as possible. He had his crew here by Tuesday morning. His crew, George and Jaun, worked very hard to complete the job. They knew what they needed to do and they got to work right away. They prepped everything (masking and covering everything so there wouldn't be any stray splatters). They completed the job quickly and professionally. Robert gave me a "GREAT" price.
