When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I attempted to call but got a VM saying they prefer not to do business over the phone and to email them, so I emailed again. Our art was emailed. We also uploaded it. Never heard anything back.
