When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

Outstanding Service, Beautiful Results & Great Pricing!…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mac Printing! We recently worked with them to print marketing materials for our new family business, Blake & Son's, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We went through several changes and a couple of proofs to get everything exactly how we wanted it, and they were incredibly patient, accommodating, and responsive throughout the entire process. They stayed on top of every detail, communicated wonderfully, and genuinely made me feel like getting our project right was just as important to them as it was to us. As a new business, finding a company that delivers exceptional quality without breaking the bank is HUGE. Their pricing was fantastic, especially considering the level of service, attention to detail, and quality of the finished product. And can we talk about how BEAUTIFUL everything turned out?! The colors are vibrant, the glossy finish is gorgeous, and the finished materials look incredibly professional. I couldn't be happier with the results! What really stood out to me was how easy they made the entire process. Even with multiple revisions, they never made me feel like I was asking too much. They were attentive, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you're a small business owner looking for high-quality printing, excellent customer service, and reasonable pricing, I cannot recommend MAC Printing enough. They've absolutely earned our business, and we'll be coming back for all our future printing needs! Thank you for helping bring our new company's vision to life!

Had the QR code, took it in, UPS worker said it needed to be broken down and boxed up (Amazon said it didn't because the pieces lock in place). UPS worker (a guy) said it could be wrapped up in a bag. My caregiver went and purchased furniture wrap and duct tape to return it. Took it back, they refused it "due to dimensions." "We don't take something that large wrapped up in a bag." This from the same individual who had said "Put it in a bag" just 40 minutes before. Called Amazon, they said the individual at this UPS Store should have accepted the return. Now Amazon has arranged to have the same item picked up at my home. I'm on a very limited budget and spent $23.88 to wrap it up as requested. Now get to wait for UPS to come get it from my home and I'm out almost $25. Never previously had a problem with this store. Always used them. But if the UPS Store person is not going to accept a package though Amazon explained how to return it and the very same person re-explained how to return it, and then would not accept the package as wrapped for return--as explained because they "don't accept anything those dimensions unless it's in a box" they should have called Amazon about it! They should have said from the very beginning, we won't accept this wrapped up in a plastic furniture bag. My caregiver said she'll never use this store again.

I got home and 1 box was used all scratched up and instead of 4 stands inside the box someone swapped out a different sign inside. This was frustrating because it meant another trip to the store. They really need to check when people return items and not restock it at full price $29.99. I understand it's not the fault of the people who work there but they really need to check returns. Because this is a waste of time & gas for anyone. My first trip out was great the workers were very helpful and it was a fast check out. The return trip took so long, only 1 cashier and 5 people in line and 4 of them were returns, and it took a lot longer not sure why ‍. The cashier didn't really care why I brought it back but did mark it with a sticker that read damaged sold as is (or something to that effect). So they were clearly putting it back on the shelf. The store isn't well stocked or maybe just sold out (I'm not sure). It was clean and orderly not didn't really have enough stock on what I needed.
