More Details: I contacted Leo (owner) of Jordan Painting to repaint my 3,000 sqft, 3 floor house that I recently purchased but haven't moved in yet. Leo was professional, responsive and showed up for our initial walkthrough on time on a Tuesday to discuss what needed to be done. His prices were very reasonable and his crew began work the very next day on a Wednesday. Because we had movers scheduled for that following Monday. Leo and his crew rose up to the challenge and worked from 8 in the morning until 11pm at night and finished what should've been a 1 week job in 3 days time without additional cost. Afterwards certain parts of within my walls had issues where the nail head in my sheetrock was loose creating "nail pops" against the paint. Leo himself came out, drilled open holes and moved the nails and repainted and refinished all the bad sections again over a 2 day period. Excellent follow up in resolving an issue that was not his to begin with. My walls look excellent now. Because of his high quality work as well as responsibility and ownership I immediately hired him as well to refinish and restain my outdoor deck. His crew showed up early and got it all done to perfection. I cannot highly recommend Jordan Painting enough.

Miquel might be the best painter in the world!…read more He transformed my kitchen from the 1970's into a beautiful updated painted masterpiece. He removed 40 year old wallpaper that I tried to do on my own for 15+ hours with little success. He then painted my kitchen to perfection. After that job, I called him to do major sheetrock repair and painting on short notice. He finished the job in one afternoon even though it was a 2-3 day job (I needed it done immediately as the house was going on the market the next morning). Once again, the job was done perfectly. You could not see where the sheetrock was repaired and the paint job was perfect. All of the above at very reasonable prices. Miquel deserves a 10+ rating. One of the contractors I have ever worked with in my lifetime! Thank you Miquel

We have used D&D twice in two different homes and each time has been a wonderful experience. The…read moreowner, David, is incredibly knowledgeable about not only paint but his talent repairing and patching walls and ceilings is unsurpassed. We had popped nails, cracks in plaster, and a section of ceiling that had a loose plaster wedge pointing to the floor where the lathe cement had pulled away. With each of these issues David worked his talents and you would never know these ever existed. D&D is also quick without compromising on quality. Once of the reasons is he doesn't use tape; and he doesn't need to. His brush talents allow him to frame walls and meet door frames without running onto the other surface. He is very thorough about cleaning his worksite including wiping down surfaces after he has sanded spackle. David will paint whatever color is requested because you are the customer, but he is willing to add his decades of experience with colors when asked. And we asked. His input has been incredibly valuable. His most recent job in our home consisted of several rooms and the repair and painting of two closets. Our home is beautiful and his work makes us happy each time we enter each room. I can't recommend D&D Painters enough. Call them. Roger

He also met my need to get the work done as soon as possible. In fact, after telling me that there was a two-month waiting list, once I approved the estimate, they showed up to begin the job just two days later. Not sure how that happened, but I'm not complaining. Steven, the job foreman, was very professional and highly skilled, notwithstanding his youth. Why do people I meet keep getting younger? He is a perfectionist, a virtue which you rarely encounter with home contractors. He even helped guide me with the color selection. I threw him a few curve balls during the job, and he did everything I asked him to do with a smile. He and his crew were on time every day, and were all polite, neat, and hard-working. They are acrobats on high ladders, and barely dripped a drop of paint where it didn't belong. The finished job looks great, and exceeded my expectations. It is also worth mentioning that Wilber's guarantees the durability of the paint job for three years. All the others who bid offered a two year guarantee. I can't speak to their other services, but I would hire Wilber's again for a major painting project, and recommend them.
