Their slow pace caused a backup of more than half a mile, preventing other vehicles from safely passing. Both trucks demonstrated inconsiderate and unsafe driving behavior that created unnecessary congestion and frustration for numerous motorists. I would not trust them with my glass needs when they show such disrespect for so many drivers.

Horizon doesn't do beveling so they ordered it from a supplier. The top came in as promised but the beveling was not done properly. Duke couldn't have been more understanding and reordered the glass. Alas, that was incorrect also. Duke called to inform me and said he would do as I wished but that we could try a third time which we did. It came perfectly! Bill scheduled the delivery and it arrived just right. It is beautiful, and even though the supplier had some issues, I would recommend Horizon Glass. He couldn't make appointment so he sent his brother to meet with me. His brother measured all 5 windows and said Juaquin will get back in touch with me with quote. Never got a call. I then called Juaquin 2 weeks later to get update. His 1st response was he figured I didn't want the windows done! Not sure how he decided that! Said he will jump on it and get back to me in a few days. Never responded. I had to call him again a week later.
