Again, it's tiny, hideous, and hairy butt ugly. Elite Kitchen and Bath gutted and re-did everything...new floors, new shower, new lights, walls, absolutely everything. It looks spectacular! They have a showroom in Irvine where you can go and look at hundreds of samples of tile, which I really liked, as opposed to people that bring a few samples to your home. Be prepared for the work to take longer than you expect. I think all contractors over-schedule their jobs so there's times that no one is at your house for three or four days and you're wondering will it ever get done. Be patient. It's hard to be patient when you're missing a toiket, but still. I'd definitely recommend Elite Kitchen & Bath.

We ordered the wrong shower drain part which we realized two days before shower drain installation. I wasn't going to get the new drain shipped in time from the brand I really wanted, so Nik drove to 3 Ferguson home stores to find the part we wanted. I would never have expected that, but he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He was also very detail oriented and when we brought up a couple minor things that needed to be fixed, he quickly responded and had his team adjust.
