My truck was declared a "total loss" in an accident, and while trying to complete the inspection to re-register it as salvage, I was running into the issue of having to replace the seatbelt since my original was torn. Checked junkyards, online, and the dealership, but it's discontinued. Finally was recommended to check places that do re-webbing. I found L&D and messaged them on Instagram explaining my issue. Dropped off and Picked up in person with payment done online. Second order was dropped off in person and was to be shipped back as they say that they have a quick turn around. [[HIGHLIGHT]]to find out 2nd order that I dropped off in person when picking up first order was never done as payment was not made online, was told that they did not have any contact or payment info to complete order.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] when they had everything from first order I was shocked. SCAM ! These people are liars. They will not do what they say they will do. It is pathetic the way they do business. Do I sound upset? Well, I was told that my seat belts would be repaired and returned to me 2 days after they arrived to their shop. My seatbelts arrived to their shop 10 days ago and they have still not been shipped back to me. I scheduled an appointment last Monday to come fix the airbag light I have on. They told me I needed a clock spring so I went to the dealer to buy one. These guys are awesome and very professional. I recently bought a salvage car from an auction (never again) and needed my seat belts and seat rebuilt. I found these guys from YouTube and so I messaged them through instagram. They are very helpful with answering any questions you may have. I took my stuff in and within a few days they were ready to pick up. It was a mission to get to Sacramento from Fremont but it was def worth it because they did an awesome job and the prices were phenomenal. They are really great at what they do. Their shop is also really nice; I had a chance to pop in and check out the operation. So far these guys have been a breath of fresh air on this horrendous salvage build. Fast response and fast turn around time. They programmed my module for my van and it works great now! I would use them again

Took my Subaru to L&D for a airbag light diagnostic after already doing a diagnostic at a local dealership. The dealer's diagnostic scanned for fault codes and listed a number of items checked including testing harnesses and resistance. Per diagnosis it was recommended replacement of airbag control module and then a recheck (estimated cost $1,686.10). Did not agree to immediately follow the recommendation instead, decided to look for a second opinion. Found L & D online and decided to try them and am very glad that I did. L & D's diagnostic tool (which i viewed) indicated more clearly a possible connection issue with the recently installed clock spring (installed because horn wasn't working). Took the car home and checked the connections to the clock spring and found that one wire harness was not seated correctly. After snapping the harness into place and reconnecting the battery the airbag light was no longer on. These guys are awesome! We decided to rebuild a vehicle which had had it's air bags deployed... first time down that road. Fixing the damage was pretty straight forward, replacing that air bags, check. But the seat belts had locked up and the dealer wanted a fortune to replace them. A buddy told me about a contact he had up in Antelope, I contacted them and got a hold of Dennis. He explained how they were able to unlock these assemblies and restore them to as new condition and performance. They fully guarantee all there work. I sent the belts off on Wednesday and had them back on Saturday. Reinstalled them... Bingo, they worked perfectly. These guys saved me a ton of $$$!!
