Three months later, I am still waiting for issues to be resolved, with limited to no communication from the company. Multiple doors and drawer fronts were manufactured in the wrong sizes and need replacement. Four additional doors were finished incorrectly. To make matters worse, the hardware holes throughout the project were drilled crooked, causing doors and drawers to be visibly misaligned. The installers were friendly, but friendliness does not make up for poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and inadequate follow-through on warranty and service issues. Had I seen a review describing these kinds of problems before hiring this company, I would have looked elsewhere. In my experience, the biggest issue appears to be the new ownership and the decline in quality and customer service that has followed.

He needed to come back for a piece that needed to be placed between our new oven and microwave. The spacer provided with the oven didn't work. Our young grandson has tested out the quality of the drawer slides and they passed his test. We especially like the slide out drawers for the pantry, garbage and recycling. We also like the slide out drawers with canisters for utensils and one with dividers for baking pans and cooking sheets. They are able to customize the drawers and cabinets to exactly meet your needs. The price was a good value and slightly lower than another quote we got. We would recommend them to anyone look for new kitchen cabinets. They are easy to work with and prompt in replying to questions. Larry and Linda

The staff was so much fun to work with. They really know their stuff--that is for sure! They did a great job measuring the floors, placed the order quickly, and the installers did a fantastic job. Carpet and Flooring Showcase offers a wide selection of carpets and other types of flooring including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl. Because they do not advertise, their overhead is low and they can offer great rates. All their business is by " word of mouth." I was able to get a high quality carpet, much better than I thought I could afford, because the price was so good! I highly recommend Carpet & Flooring Showcase!

What I'm not happy with is I signed the contract when a promo was going on where I would get a $60 gift card & 60% off on installation. They ended the gift card promo saying they ran out. If u have a promo going it shouldn't end in the middle of a deal. Have enough cards to finish the day! Also both the salesperson & the workers gave me false information on fixing problems w/my garage floor which was done in 2021. They said they could be fixed at no extra charge, that was not true.

A & B Coatings installed a flake floor system in our finished basement and it turned out so great…read morewe asked them to install matching flooring on the stairs of our open staircase. They answered our questions and were very responsive. Their service and communication was great. The floor system looks really nice - we love it and we've gotten a lot of compliments on it. Some perks about this type of flooring: (1) The stairs have a great no-slip texture. (2) It looks much better than a plain epoxy or paint finish and easily as nice as the carpet we had previously. (3) The flake flooring in our basement is much warmer than I expected; certainly warmer than the ceramic tile we have in the bathroom. (4) It's easy to take care of and the pattern in the flake doesn't show dust/dirt easily. (5) We quoted new carpet for other bedrooms in our house and that confirmed the pricing on the flake flooring system is reasonable, especially considering the durability of this flooring vs. carpet. We're very happy with the flooring and our experience with A & B was very positive.

I contracted with Granite Stoneworks & CabinetWorks to install countertops and backsplashes, and…read morethe results were unacceptable. The bottom edge of one backsplash was cut crooked, and the caulking was messy--uneven, poorly applied, and visually distracting. I've already removed and redone the caulk on the makeup counter. I contacted the company about the issue, and they did come out to inspect it. They acknowledged the problem and said they would follow up. That was over two months ago. Since then, I've reached out multiple times--by phone and email--and have received no response. No update, no repair, no accountability. For a project that should have added value and beauty to my home, I'm left with a flawed installation and zero customer service. I expected better craftsmanship and professionalism. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.

It was a terrible install they took the gloss out of an area when trying to remove a seam chip. We came to BAGM with the intent of replacing the damaged counter. When the BAGM person came out to measure the counter he said we didn't need to replace the counter they could repair the area good as new (something Surface Creations said there was no way to repair, so get over it). Low and behold in less than one hour BAGM's Service Rep repaired the defect, good as new! We cannot say enough good things about BAGM. We wanted to use BAGM right from the start but they didn't do backsplashes, and contractors were hard to find so we went with a store that could do it all. Lucky for us the backsplash person did a great job. We highly recommend you consider Bay Area Granite and Marble for your stone countertops. They are good people and very well qualified.
