Nice try Caleb on the attempt here to try and save face and twist things, and still not accept moral responsibility for what your business did so you can try and look a little better on Yelp. I guess blame the customer (me) on how I handled things. I guess C4 does value their customers and put them 1st lol. Fact of the matter is, in this particular situation you are blaming the customer, and if it wasn't for your screwed up website calculating a price for me on multiple different items and I paying said price, waiting a number of weeks, and you then re-negging on what I had paid for the items, we wouldn't be having a problem at all. Fact here is your business screwed up, It didn't have its things in order, and still to this day you cant even acknowledge this months after the transaction..So, when I said forget it than, and to give me my money back because that is not what I had in writing,(still have it!) and your business is not wanting to budge but instead wants to fight, argue and charge me, you bet I threatened a charge back. You only "broke your rules" and did end up giving me the full refund because you knew I was right and going to get that anyway from the chargeback because I had proof! I mean, why charge me a 20% re-stocking fee after weeks that I have been waiting on you for something you didn't want to honor after the 14 days because of your mistake? You get it? And of course I read your terms and knew about the 14 days.. but nowhere in there does it say you can screw up, change your mind, and still charge me that and get away with it, please.. Funny, right after I called and said I had posted a review on Yelp, how quickly you guys changed your tone. So, In my opinion, my advice to future customers remains the same, and is to highly consider these wonderful attributes and business practices that C4 offers and to consider taking their business elsewhere!
