Even after I politely said "no" multiple times, the sales pitch continued. Every reason I gave for not wanting to purchase anything seemed to be met with another reason why I should, instead of simply respecting my decision. What made me especially uncomfortable was that even when my body was already out the door, the sales pitch still didn't stop. At that point, I just wanted to leave, but I felt like my "no" wasn't being respected. I understand that retail businesses encourage product sales, and I don't mind being offered products. However, there is a big difference between making recommendations and making customers feel pressured. A simple "no, thank you" should be enough. Unfortunately, the aggressive sales approach left me with a negative impression and made me not want to return. But...... I wanted to give a shoutout to Kiley for providing such a great customer experience! She really was the saving grace! She was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable without ever making me feel pressured. She took the time to answer my questions, offered recommendations based on what I was looking for, and respected my decisions without pushing additional products. I will only be doing business with her from now on. It's refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely makes you feel comfortable and valued as a customer and not just a dollar sign. Kiley's professionalism and positive attitude made my visit enjoyable, and she's a big reason I'd come back. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant!

I bought my boyfriend and I a month tanning package, to get a base before going on a cruise. I have medium to dark skin, to start, but being winter wanted a little color. I had tanned several times before tanning in their big bed. The one that when you walk in, it's on the right side with sliding doors. The last time I went, I went home took a shower, and I noticed three blisters on my body, my wrist, my breast and the back of my leg. When the fluid drained and opened up I had third degree burns. Some pictures shown :( I had to be put on a prescription burn cream to prevent infection and help healing. This was a week before my cruise. I was instructed NO pool, hot tubs, or ocean! Great vacation. I cleaned three wounds on vacation. Still treating the one on the back of my leg today. I reached out to the owner in tears-- Not only I'm I suffering with third degree burns, but my vacation was destroyed. All that money spent was a waste! I asked for a refund on my packages, which was around $200.00. Nothing more. He refused and instead he offered me other services the salon has to offer! Like I would ever step foot in that building again. He hide behind his store manager and he could have done right by giving me back what I paid that I never used to the fullest. This salon ruined a $5,000.00 cruise vacation, I had planned for eight months. He should be ashamed of himself! I don't leave reviews or talk bad about businesses, but I would hate for someone to experience what I went through. It was painful and heartbreaking!!! I used to be a plucker but ever since going to her, i will never go back to attempting to do my own eyebrows because they will NEVER look as good as when she does them. I also go to her for my spray tans (tanning beds are BAD people) and i have the driest skin EVER and she nails it every time. My tan lasts 12 days without even a smidge of it fading off before the 12 days are up! They always look like a natural glow rather than Snooki circa 2009. Her tans are also so CHEAP compared to other places and she offers $30 Thursdays! Lastly, I recently stood up in a wedding and the bride hired Kelly to do everyone's makeup- every single bridesmaid was obsessed with how they looked. Our makeup stayed on all night long and the only thing we had to re-apply was lip gloss (obviously) She made everyone look unique and beautiful! Kell is my beauty go-to! I highly recommend her!!
