I had bought two tacos and they were two too little so after a few bites, I went back and ordered six more to share with my family who was visiting from out of town. The person running the food truck was so pleasant and kind. I enjoyed my first experience. The steak was cooked pretty well but after eating maybe 2 or 3 pieces I stopped. This is the kind of plate that gets better with time so I left it for a few hours and was not disappointed that the sauce marinaded more into the steak. To my dismay, the homemade kalua pork was so dry and salty it took the whole sensation of your palate by surprise. Next, you got a big hit of all the melted cheese which just overwhelms the entire meal and makes you wonder if there was even a tortilla. When you address the salsa, which is wedged somewhere between the salty pork, loaded on cheese, invisible tortilla, it has no real flavoring to it at all. No sweet. No spicy. Just a wet texture to the entire meal. I am very disappointed with what we got. We are headed back out there in a couple of weeks.
