I got my nails done here yesterday and they did an amazing job! It was first time getting acrylics and I didn't want them to look too fake.I asked her to make them as natural as possible and she delivered. I had picked out a light baby pink colour, with two coats it wasn't dark enough for me so when I asked her to do a third coat she did do it but she looked over at her coworker and spoke to her in her language I could tell she was not happy with me. I took away a star because the whole time I was there the five nail artists where talking on the phone in their language ( it was on speaker) with one of their relatives planning a trip to PEI I thought it was pretty unprofessional since there were multiple customers there. But overall my nails turned out great and it only came to 40 dollars with tax. read more

Wow.. years later. After spending not hundreds but thousands! Close to when they 1st opened it was convenient to me , I figured it would be still be clean as it was new however the wax room was torture. Jst a tiny fold out table most likely off amazon, awful lighting fr/ from hell & the brand new one like "Wha?? Why you cry? (laughing) it no hur if youuuu dona movve" Never did a wax there again but continued to go back as there old man is the glue that keeps the place together!!! Bless that man. The leg and foot massage for one hour.... aaaaghhhh. Nobody better I've found yet. But them there is the nails, this place is the KING of crooked tips! I swear. Just look thru the photo reviews. Just went there today Monday June 17th, wasn't busy at all and had the most wonderful girl doing my nails. Even though she was a little quite she gave me her undivided attention and did a great job! I would definitely go back the only thing to look out for is the price. I got a full set of gel nails with two sparkle nails, two little diamonds and two marble nails, all for 75$ I would definitely recommend the little girl named Tran. All of there equipment and salon was very clean and no problems personally with other staff. It is good to note however one of the other staff was yelling at her coworkers and made it a little uncomfortable. 4.5/5 definitely recommend to others. read more

I went to this salon for a lash extension fill because the girl who normally does mine was booked. :( Upon arrival, the lady told me she didn't want to do my lashes because she didn't have any faux lashes long enough for my eyes. She was about to send me packing until I insisted she tried. I didn't want to leave without lashes, I mean come on, don't advertise the service and then refuse customers after they book. She went ahead with the application with the lashes she had in stock. Come to think of it, maybe this woman didn't have experience and didn't feel comfortable doing lash extensions? Not sure what the reasoning behind her trying to refuse me was, but nonetheless it did not make me feel like a valued customer. I'm happy she went ahead and did them for me and only charged me $30, but the actual application was messy and rough. A poor job. Lots of pulling on my eye area and black markings all over my face when she was done. She scrubbed extremely hard to get it off, and even then she still sent me out with marks everywhere. My lashes don't look very full and she missed tons of areas. Also, black glue clumped onto certain parts. Just an all over messy job. I wish places like this would focus more on quality service rather than rushing the customer out the door. Won't be going back here, I'll stick with the original girl I go to because she is gentle, clean and does a beautiful job, unlike Kylie's Salon. read more

Disappointed that they do not try to speak to their customers. Not even a hello before they start your nails. I liked their work on my nails but found a very cold atmosphere. They talk back and forth to each other in their language. I tried to make conversation with the guy doing my nails but only got yes and no answers. No eye contact while doing my nails, Just point to let me what to do next. He knew how to speak English. This was my first time going to their shop. I guess I would like them to know they do such good work but do not see it necessary to make their customers feel welcome by speaking to them. read more

Well where do I start... wanted acrylic nails done was able to walk in and get in right away! But wen siting down towel that was there still had nail clippings of last client, I had long natural nails with 2 broken nail I only wanted 2 tips but the suggested to cut all of them because they would look even, so I did but they didn't look even wen I left. They added tips that where not glued on right and could see a hug gab between my naturel nail and tip, she basically yeld at me in front of everyone in store embarrassed me for 10 minutes in front of everyone in the store because I only wanted 2 tips Was super fast and very un professional 85$ later and there probably going to fall off or break in no time. Plus had 2 different people working on my nails ??? All I wanted was a simple pink short ballerina style and she spoke her Korean the the hole time to co workers. Awful service! Rude throughout and not observing COVID-19 protocols. Service providers did not wear masks throughout the service. The person looked at her work and admitted to doing a sloppy job but just said to put my hand in the light anyway and that she wasn't going to fix it. Pretty expensive for shoddy work. People entered without masks on and they couldn't have cared less. Not in any way professional. If you want a manicure and you don't care about COVID protocols and poor work this is the place for you! read more

Downloaded the yelp app just to rate this salon. I usually frequent a different nail salon but with them booked up for a week I needed a manicure done ASAP so I threw caution to the wind and picked the closest place to my house. Made an apt for 9:30am, the time they "opened" the next day. I show up 9:25, no lights on inside no other cars around, so I think oh okay I'll give it ten minutes. 9:50 a car full of staff pull in and rush in the door laughing that they're late. Okay I think, stuff happens, whatever. So I go in to start my manicure. I receive the most halfass manicure I've ever had, almost no cuticle care, a couple flicks of the nail file then polish slapped on which now looks like a off roading track where it's so uneven and bumpy. I notice the entire place has a layer of white dust on everything, the stations all still covered with previous days nails dust, all the garbages I see are over flowing with previous days coffee cups, bottles,garbage etc and when I go back to the sinks to wash my hands the sinks are filled with the previous days pedicure and manicure equipment?? Honestly I understand it's a walk in place (still unsure why they gave me an appointment time) but the quality of the work will never justify the "convenience" read more

Awful place. Went to get my acrylics off and they were rough and did not care about my experience. They ripped off my nail bed with one of the acrylics and crack another nail. tThey also overcharged to remove them. The lady didn't even apologize for hurting me. Would never go there again they don't even talk to you just talk to eachother. read more

Went in for a pedicure. Toes look ok but not happy with the service. Extremely rushed. Three different technicians worked on my feet because they kept switching to new clients coming in. Not sure if any of them switched gloves or washed hands when going back and forth between us. At least they wore masks as did the clients. Didn't interact with me at all and treated my feet roughly. Zero pampering. I get that the pandemic may be affecting the service but it doesn't cost them anything to be friendly and attentive to paying customers. Very expensive for the service you get. I rarely get pedicures due to my budget so it's disheartening to feel like I wasted my money. Do yourself a favour. May as well pay a few dollars extra and get your pedicure at a spa where you can be treated well. read more

My daughter and I went at Kylies yesterday. I asked for Bio gel full kit. Price marked is $55. I was charged $65 and asked to pay cash not to pay the taxes. When I said I thought it was expensive and $10 more than advertising, the lady started yelling at me. It was very uncomfortable and not professional at all. Awful service. I usually get shellac nails at Spice Nails but I was given a gift card for Kylies so I went. Not only do they barely put any polish on your nails (they spread it so thin) they tried to charge me an obscene amount of money thinking I wouldn't notice. There's a reason why there's no Kylies website, pamphlets with prices or even in the store they have no prices of the services posted anywhere. They only tell you by word of mouth. They will try to rip you off any chance they get. Never going there again. read more

Visited this salon for a mani pedi. They did a decent job, but I felt like they were in a hurry to finish and rush me out. There was also a small child there who was the owner's. He was quite loud and distracting, jumping all over the place. Made it difficult to have a relaxing experience. Might be a good idea to have someone look after the young fellow if you are accepting customers to your business. read more

Luv this place! Get my uv gel's here,waxing and pedi. Susan and Yen are very friendly! Prices are good, clean bright environment. The massage chairs are actually effective I thought. I'm gonna head up there for a foot massage shortly. Also the fact that they don't mind at all to remain open after their usual closing time of 7pm if you want more treatments is great. I would seriously rate this place 0 stars if I could. I got a full set of acrylic nails done a few weeks ago. I called them beforehand to make sure they would be available when I went in, after a short conversation I asked how much the nails would cost and the lady said they would be $35. When I arrived to the place they sat me down and the man available began to work on my nails. He didn't push back my cuticles or anything before gluing on the nail tips, he just roughly filed them down which hurt. This was the first red flag for me. As the process went on, the workers were all over the place and kept switching between one another to do my nails which honestly made me feel like none of them really wanted to do them. The lady who applied my acrylic powder was extremely messy with it and ended up getting huge chunks under the nails and didn't even try to remove them before or after they had hardened. The polish job was sloppy and they entirely missed the sides of my nails. When they were done I went to pay, expecting it to be $35 since that was what the woman on the phone told me, but the total came to $55. Moral of the story, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Had my nails done, told them 4 times didn't want a manicure just shellac polish. Was charged more than price posted. Asked them to soak the polish I had off not sand it were not happy with this request said it took too long. I have had the polish on for 1 week and every nail has the polish chipping. I have been getting my nails done for years and usually get up to 3 weeks sometimes more. At least more than 1 week for $44. I wont be stepping foot back there that's for sure, silly me for not waiting for my regular to have an opening. read more

Best nails I have ever gotten. I have had acrylics for over 7 years and this was the best ever!

That manicure I was satisfied with....well less then a week ( 4 days!) And the SHELLAC manicure is peeling around all the edges. My nails have not grown out and I haven't been rough with them so theres no excuse for this. 4 of my nails have had the polish just start peeling and bubbling. I am not impressed, especially after the hard sell.on shellac because it lasts sooooo much longer then regular polish. read more
