Even though it's location is nowhere near convenient for us. We might be done here. The reactions we received in the pharmacy department tonight were very disappointing. I had ordered a prescription and had evidence of it on the app on my phone. The attendant looked at me several times as though I were from a different planet. She clearly thought I was out of my mind...even though I had called in my prescription and received confirmation via email and text. My wife asked the pharmacist for assistance on over-the-counter medication for one of her children. The pharmacist had a suggestion and gave us a general description as to where this item might be in the store. We had a stocking clerk helping us for quite a few minutes and found nothing. Finally, the pharmacist came out and it took her all of 15 seconds to find the item. Hope this place returns to the great customer service we started going there for in the first place.

I have to get a lot of prescriptions for my husband and myself for a lot of different reasons and eight times out of 10 we have had nothing but trouble we call make sure it's there. They say that the prescription is ready and we get there and it's not ready. It's not even close to being ready sometimes it's the next day before it's ready. It's not worth coming to this store. I promise you just trust me. You will have problems if you use the store a lot like we do. They say they're open 24 hours a day and they are closed for 30 minutes out of each 12 hours 1:30 to 2 which is fine. Everybody has to have a break but they're understaffed. They have way too many prescriptions coming in and they never have the medicine here that they need. It's just a nightmare. I go to Kinseys Pharmacy been going there for 20 years never ever had even one problem. And they actually notify you at Kinseys and Family First in Flint. We have never had any issues with them, but I'm gonna tell you what Walgreens I can't wait until December I will be changing. Rest assured, I will be reading the reviews on the next Pharmacy before I choose for 2027. Other thing every time I've been here there's been at least one other person in line that goes through what I'm going through and if you talk to people that are in line and ask them if they've had a easy time here 7 times out of 10 you're gonna get (No the same stuff they don't notify you when it's ready and if you called to find out if it's ready, they'll tell you it's ready, but it's not ready). The lines are long inside and outside doesn't matter. I arrived at the window at least five minutes prior to their lunch hour. The pharmacy tech knew it was very close to lunch and refused to assist me in processing my prescription because it meant calling in to get an approval. Instead, she threw up a poster that advertised their lunch hour and told me I would need to return when they got back even tho I arrived prior to. I could go on and on but you get the point....beyond unacceptable. When I spoke to the pharmacist, all she did was defend the pharmacy aid instead of apologizing and offering resolution. we eat at The Ritual Restaurant quiet often and LOVE it. we had a girls outing yesterday. we…read moredecided to have a sweet treat during our shopping day. we were the only patrons while we were there. we placed 4 orders, cotton candy, root beer float and 2 smoothies. two employees were working and we received 3 of our orders after 20th minutes. when we were handed the smoothies the cashier said "we are out of ice but it still tastes the same". we asked did you know that you were out of ice when we ordered it? she said yes. so our smoothies were warm. not very appealing and my teenagers threw them away. we sat there for about 10 more minutes and still had not received our root beer float. two other patrons walked in and ordered and received there order and we were still waiting for our root beer float. we went to the counter and asked about our root beer float. they said "oh, we forgot " then had to find the ticket. very frustrating because we have never had any issues at The Ritual Restaurant. the girls employees were very flipped and really didn't care that the orders were wrong or that we were in there about 30-35 min just waiting one 4 items. beautiful place but yesterdays experience was very frustrating.
