Our indecisiveness would have made any other agent frustrated but Mike was always smiling and ready to see the next. We think of Mike as family more than just our agent. He approaches everything with a positive, can do attitude. If I could describe our experience with Mike, buying and selling in a word, it would be phenomenal. He would constantly meet us on the west side during rush hour traffic to show us a listing or two for maybe an hour total with no complaints! Not to mention his A/C in his personal vehicle wasn't working in the midst of summer! We can't express our thanks to him because his selflessness has left us at a loss for words. Mike oversaw all of our transactions even though he was off island and always made himself available for any question or request no matter the size. I never thought that having a simultaneous close could be so easy and stress free, I don't know if that's usually how these things go, but with Mike it was. Needless to say, Mike will always be our first person to seek out whenever we have any realty processes in the future! Thank you Mike we owe you so much!!

I was referred to them from one of…read moremy realtor friends who doesn't operate on Oahu, which was a shame in one sense because I love working with my friend, but I gained a team with these two and Taniguchi & Associates that was more than exemplary.  The wife and I toured a bunch of places the day we spent on island with Daniel and Cari Anne, they set up our showings in an order that made sense to flow with our schedules and traffic and while we did put bids on some of the places we saw in-person, ultimately, we ended up buying a unit that they did a video tour with us while we were back home in Kona. We were 100% confident after having seen places in-person with them that they knew exactly what we were looking for and when the perfect place went up for sale, I didn't feel the need to grab a flight as it would only delay the process. Also, while some realtors prefer if you use "their lender" Daniel never even brought this up as I've been using the same guy for over a decade and even he mentioned that Daniel was super easy to work with, very responsive and would love to do business with him in the future, which mirrors my experience. Daniel also has solid relationships with other realtors on island, but when it came to negotiating (the initial offer, the counter, the post inspection, everything), he was a true professional and did not let any personal friendships interfere with getting us some big wins, this guy knows what he is doing. No doubt, when the time comes, I know who I am going with, Daniel, Cari Anne, Taniguchi & Associates.

Erik resolved the various negotiation issues completely in our favor and closed the sale quickly with a full cash offer. We were completely satisfied with everyone in his office. We were cash buyers looking for a quick close as we were moving back home with two dogs and rentals are hard to find. We felt we were the aggressor trying to find a condo which is not comfortable. I am not quite sure what has happened but we there was so much confusion during our escrow about what was happening: paperwork, approvals, and lack of communication. It was difficult to receive much information regarding our dogs being approved and how the moving container would be delivered. There was so much stress during this time when it is generally a happy time. It has been over 8 months and there has been no follow-up from Tracy about the defects. We were truly grateful for the help of the buyers agent for keeping the process moving forward.

Honestly, she must be trolling obituaries or something to get business. Trading on people's grief and vulnerability to get business is lower than low. If this is how the broker in charge behaves, I can't imagine how the rest of their agents act. Avoid this agency at all costs.

The list is so long but just name a couple of happenings that took place.... later, I'll tell you about how lesleyannes psychic readings and understanding of the moon determined our lost sales and 4/5 months of waiting... here we go,,, My pregnant wife and I were in contract on a home with Lesley Goo's seller/friend. We agreed to wait for them to find a place to move. So, we knew the timeline would be long but we would never imagine that they would do this... They needed up having us sign multiple extensions - which we agreed to. When we went to conduct the inspection - about 4 months after entering escrow, the owners didn't want anything touched and lest the house an absolute mess. During the inspection the inspector would ask Lesley Goo questions and she would be so rude to him and not answer any of his questions. She was so rude, so unprofessional, ugh so frustrating! At the inspection all kind of things were covered and hidden and made hard to access so the inspector couldn't do his job... In the end they cancelled the deal... they said it's good our deal is t happening because they talked to a psychic and she said it's not the right time... wtf!!! Earlier in the deal the agent said it's good we're postponing again, because of the type of moon.... is this even legal? Who says this kind of stuff in a professional setting. Please save yourself the headache and stay far from this agent (Lesley goo,) and this agency. Now we're just about due (first baby, sept 15th.) have things packed, gave our 30 day notice, paid for the inspection, appraisal, down, etc... this is absolutely ridiculous... please stay away from these terrible people,.., Good luck to all Feel free to call or text me and we can discuss 8088291166

Back in July 2021, when places in Oahu were just starting to show in person again, I called Shannon. I let her know upfront that I wasn't looking to buy for about 5 years. She treated the same as if I was buying that month. She was very knowledgeable but always kept my interests as her first priority. I flew out, and we looked at a number of houses and condos in Kailua. A few days later, based on what she learned of my interests, we looked at another condo outside of Kailua that she felt matched my interests fairly closely. She really helped me refine what I was interested in as well as the process that would take place. And when the perfect place came up for sale in 2023 right when I was doing great financially, I flew out and we put an offer in. Shannon was on top of everything every step of the way, and we successfully closed. At that time, Blue Cove was not doing rental management, so I had to choose another company. They were awful! The tenants were unhappy. I couldn't get the management company to get anything done right, and they were tough to communicate with. When Shannon started the rental management aspect of her business, I had her take over the management of my property. Shannon made an appointment with the tenants and came out in person to see what issues the tenants had. She listened to what they had to say and show her. Then she contacted me on the best courses of action to take. I approved everything she recommended. She then executed the plan, and the tenants were happy for the first time since they moved in! Unfortunately, I had some financial difficulties and had to sell my Hawaiian hale this year. So, of course, I called on Shannon Zerfas again. We came up with a game plan. She recommended being aggressive, so we listed it for about $150K more than I thought it was worth. Within 2 days, we got a cash offer for over asking and closed in just under a month! Granted some of that was luck, but I credit her for a lot of it. I looked her ad and the staging that was done, and I wanted to put an offer in with the furniture included. I will be buying a hale on Oahu again in a few years, and there is no realtor I will use other than Shannon Zerfas with Blue Cove Properties!
