I also want to thank him for selecting the finest team of receptionists, nurses, anesthesiologists and post operative care nurses. Shout out to Kim, Nora, Sarah, Grace, Dr. Jang, and AnneMarie all spectacular and amazing team players. An extra special mention goes out to nurse JoAnne Gomez. JoAnne provided me with very professional and compassionate care in my post-operative phase. He even came and saw me in the hotel (which is part of the one night stay package) with follow up first thing in the morning. I am pleased with my results so far and I am not even fully healed so I can only imagine the positive results! His prices are competitive and his work is superb. Dr. Ralph Florence is brilliant. I have to believe the one negative review has more to the story…read morethan we have heard or at the worst, its one person who did not have an easy time out of hundreds that adore this doctor! My experiences there have been great each and every the out of the many I have gone to for about the past 10 years or perhaps a couple more??!! That said? Yes he is busy and its sometimes a bit hard to get appointments as soon as you want them, but he's that busy because he's that good and very nice too. This man rarely takes time off. He cares so much about his patients he can't go away. I have seen tears in his eyes after having seen him talking to a patient that was very ill. Thats how much he does care so anyone that had a negative time with him either has to the one and only or something else went on but certainly this is the ONE doctor in the city I trust with my life and believe me, I have to, But I do. Hey, mistakes do happen but even if one did I wouldn't let it stop me from seeing him. I only wish more doctors were like him. Secondly, his staff are both great as well. Very nice, very caring and will do the utmost to help you. One tip, its less busy in the afternoon. The odd time I have a hard time getting though on the phone b ut they will always call back and IF it were an emergency and i was unable? Id just go to his office and i know they'd fit me in if that were the case so stressing out about the little things are pointless and if I wrote a bad review of anyone here, I too wouldn't expect them to see me. You need to both like and trust one another and this man is sooooo busy, its best he keeps his time open for the patients that rely on him for many of them do.

Called my doctor to see if they had my personal number, which, they did. They just didn't care to me and tell me. Wasted an entire day and waited for months for this appt. And the story continues; Dr Florence's office called my Doc's office and asked them to ask me to remove this review. I said I'd be happy to once I've had a chance to discuss my situation with Dr Florence's office. No one called to discuss further. After 4 weeks of waiting for my rescheduled appt, Dr Florence's office called my Doc and cancelled my appt days before the appt. citing that they didn't want to deal with me based on my review. Now, I'm ok not going to a Doc that doesn't want to help me, It'd rather find someone more prone to care giving vs being concerned with online reviews. That said, our health system is a public one with our GPs and Specialists that are centrally funded by this system. Doctors also take the hippocratic oath, I'm fairly confident that Doctors (and Specialists) can't discriminate against whom that choose to see. It'd disappointing, shameful and so very sad to see good doctors lose their way and forget why they became doctors in the place...
