Your work was very sloppy and you even forgot details about the surgery which was discussed prior and established, but I don't expect you to remember that. Not only was your work sloppy I also had complication from the surgery. The after care instructions were very poor along with the scheduling of the procedure date since the receptions forgot to book the procedure and so it was done 2 weeks before moving- to which you said I would be more than fine to do, you were very wrong. You fail to comprehend recovery and proper after care instructions. I actually did contacted your office for a follow up and was told you would not speak with me unless I was there in person. Lastly, you are extremely inappropriate disclosing my private information on the internet and you are simply a nasty person.

The mailbox is full and you're unable to leave a message. I must have called a dozen times over the last week to tey to reach a human being. Expect to wait a minimum of a month before you're called with an appointment time. Only received a call back when I asked my GP referring physician to follow up. Apparently they take calls from doctor's offices, because 15 minutes later, I was phoned back. Helen screamed at me stating that she doesn't have to call me back. And that she only works on referrals two days a week. She ended the call by quickly getting in the last word and hanging up on me. Yikes! I can't speak to Dr. Wanzel's skills because alas his gatekeeper is too ill-equipped to schedule patients in a timely and respectful manner.

Review on the Spot Peel System…read more I have been using Spot peel for over 2 months now. In the beginning I was hesitant as I wasn't sure what to expect. I have tried numerous peels and IPL which damaged my skin more due to the melasma I have - I have also used a number of different creams that stated I would see dramatic results - and for the money I paid for these creams I was expecting it see some great results. However, not to my surprise none of there claims were true - did they fade the spots caused by years of tanning and not protecting my skin, Of course it faded them - did they go away? Absolutely NOT! I was so upset. I finally decided to speak to Noah at the St. Clair Cosmetic Clinic as I have been a client of Dr. Kuzmar's and decided to have a consultation with him to see what he can advise me. To my surprise he was very young "looking" and very educated in treating melasma and sun damaged skin - shouldn't surprise me really as he has studied this for years. However he directed me towards this new system called the Spot peel. I have been so happy with the products as I am not even fully finished them and my skin is clear of brown spots - I have noticed some capillaries that I did not notice before due to the dark melasma that covered it - so I have opted to fix those too with him - but the main goal of ridding myself of these horrible brown spots have gone away. Totally worth the 2 days I had of peeling skin as it is new skin underneath and I am feeling much better about not wearing make up as I like to be natural and this is the way to go. I still have some creams to go but I realize that this would have saved me hundreds of dollars if I went to see him first- he takes care of you and fully explains how to use the product even gives you a print out just incase you forget - all and all it is simple as washing your face and putting cream in the morning and night as we already do anyway - well should be doing. If you are worried about those embarrassing spots or have blotches on your skin - contact St. Clair Laser Clinic and book a consultation with Noah - he will advise what is best for your skin and he can mix and match things that will work for your skin type. Mine has never looked better. NO more tanning for me just clean clear skin from now on. Thank you Noah for giving me my skin back! Sincerely, Sherry
