These are strong but not bulky and look like they won't need me to give them attention in a week when they're growing. The shop is clean and tidy and my chair was comfortable. I'm not much of a chatter so I really appreciated the Netflix on the TV, though having said that, Nancy seemed more than happy to engage in conversation if I wanted to.
