I believe that the lady in charge must've had a rough morning already even though it was 8am because she wanted to be the boss of the situation and not handle it correctly. They should go through a customer service course for how she was not able to resolve the situation.

Yes, give me coffee after hiking the Fortenac State Park trails. There are two rows of air pots with different roasts, some flavored, and decaf and dark. There is a limited selection of groceries on the spacious floor. How did I end up way over in Goodhue? There is a massive detour for Highway 61 which sends us on older highways and some scenic county roads. There are some tables outside with no shade with a view of the grain elevator, and more interesting a view of the historic restored train depot.

He called around 30 minutes later to say he had to pick up another vehicle in Rochester, MN and would pick up the car in two hours. The tow was from Zumbrota, Mn. The drop off was at the Ford dealership, 1660 S Main, that is before the roundabout to enter Highway 52 South to go to Rochester. Why couldn't our car be picked up in a timely manner and dropped off at the Ford dealership before heading to Rochester? We are in Zumbrota, MN, about 30 minutes from Rochester. From what I understand, Berg's Towing is also from Zumbrota 30 minutes down to Rochester, MN, 30 minutes back to Zumbrota gives him an hour to do what he needs to do to pick up the other car. The timing on the pickup for our call seems excessive. After two hours and fifteen minutes, I contacted AAA to say that I hadn't heard anything from AAA or the towing company. I was told that the driver was on his way. Here's my complaint! When the driver finally got to the pick up point, he stated, "I'm sorry, I forgot about this call." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! I would never recommend this company.

I had the most blessed experience two weeks ago. I was driving from Minneapolis back home to…read moreOklahoma, and stopped to fill up with gas at your Kwik Trip store #435 in Owatonna, MN. Without realizing it I dropped my wallet, and was only made aware of what happened 4 hours later when I got a call from my bank. They had a man on the line who had found my wallet, and could only get in touch with me by calling the number on my bank card. That man turned out to be Store Leader Jason Brown. He proceeded to let me know in the most courteous, most generous way possible that he would overnight ship my wallet back to me. Not a single thing was missing, and he repeatedly kindly refused my insistence that he take something for himself, or at the very least use some of my cash to cover postage. I got my wallet by the next morning. The entire experience was a profound blessing, beyond anything I could have hoped or imagined. A potentially devastating situation was completely flipped around through the service of Mr. Brown and the generosity of the Kwik Trip company. I cannot thank you enough Mr. Brown and Kwik Trip! I certainly plan to patronize whenever possible and encourage others to do the same.
