It is the ONLY place I ever seen this and they get 10 stars from me for having it!!! 2nd: They have hand sanitizers at the pumps. How cool is that? I have never seen it either. As a public health professional I find both of these things completely fabulous! 3rd: This one most normal people will enjoy too. ;-) There is an entrance on both westbound Civic Center Drive as well as North and South bound 11th Ave NW. Not only are there entrances, but there are separate pump areas for each entrance, so coming in and out is quite easy. This was by far the cleanest gas station I have ever been to. There is a hot made fresh counter and a nice selection of ready made to go items. Rows and rows of heavy bread sandwiches and even some types of pasta salads and some pastry. Yes, give me coffee after hiking the Fortenac State Park trails. There are two rows of air pots with different roasts, some flavored, and decaf and dark. There is a limited selection of groceries on the spacious floor. How did I end up way over in Goodhue? There is a massive detour for Highway 61 which sends us on older highways and some scenic county roads. There are some tables outside with no shade with a view of the grain elevator, and more interesting a view of the historic restored train depot.
