She said because it's State law! It is NOT a state law! She lied straight to my face! Now, I know it's recommended for people 50 and over by the CDC. But I had spoken to my doctor previously and she had told me it was okay to do it early. So if it's just their pharmacy policy then say so! Don't lie about it. Why wouldn't they contact me and tell me this ahead of time!? Instead they wait until I get there to tell me. Just a huge waste of time! She needs to find a different job. Not in customer service or treating patients. I didn't even get an apology, nothing. So don't expect any good communication from them. And definitely don't expect them to tell you the truth about anything either!

I was trying to refuel my car. It was about 20 degrees out and blowing snow like crazy. I went to…read moresit it my car while pumping because of the windchill. The person inside stopped the pump. I went out to restart it not knowing that they had stopped it, thinking it was just a small malfunction. I got back in my car and they stopped it again. I should have just left. I finished pumping the gas while standing outside in the frigid weather. There are plenty of other gas stations around and I can guarantee that I will not be back at this Mefferts BP ever! Very poor service. Very poor manners. Lost a loyal customer.

It's a clean gas station, have multiple pumps available, Dunkin' Donuts is a plus, cashiers are always nice and friendly, and it's very convenient. The area itself can get really busy and kind of hectic. But service is usually a stop and go. They do have a car wash here that's alright. I still haven't found one better than the new PDQ on East Washington. It's a pretty convenient location but I just wish it was on the corner where the roundabout is. It can become a mess! It seems a bit cramped in this specific location. But I'm glad it's there! Never been in the bathroom because I'm never here for that long. I'll be here often.

The Kwik Trip was the best option with all the gas stations off the highway exit. Came here to buy some hot food and it was recently made just place in the hot food section so I just showed up right in time it seems. The rest of the store was well stocked and inventoried. With a huge selection of snacks, and great drinks for the road. Restrooms were also pretty clean as well. Staff is also friendly as well, parking isn't too bad but it is a pretty busy place. Overall solid place to visit and check out for a nice little pit stop.

The garbages were overflowing, toilet paper on the floors, the toilet seats were dirty. There was all kinds of toilet paper rolls everywhere open in the stalls, by the sink. The switch was up for attention but clearly nobody cares. I don't think this bathroom had been cleaned in days!

Second, the clerk was on the phone the whole time and normally I would not have an issue if there is some issue she is rectifying or taking a customer inquiry. But she was clearly talking to a family member and working out logistics on a party or a get together. She did not acknowledge any customer and continued to talk on the phone. There was a Costco gas station that we had stopped at on our outbound drive and I intended to go there. But a quick check of gas prices in that general area found that this Speedway station was only a few cents per gallon more and it was right off the Interstate; Costco was a few miles off of our route. So we stopped at This Speedway. Like our experiences with other Speedway locations, this one was roomy around the pumps making it easy to pull up to any available gas pump, the prices were very competitive even compared to Costco, they had a mini mart with hot & cold drinks, a variety of hot dogs and sandwiches, a good variety of snacks, and clean restrooms!
