While the location is…read morefine for most of Stevens Point, those who live on or outside of the west side of Point may find the drive a bit more than they are used to. Overall this store has various issues. On almost every visit sale items are not available on the shelves and require extra time tracking down an employee to either get a rain check or get stock from the back. The layout is congestive which makes it difficult to navigate when traffic is high, and since this is one of the few stores left in town, it is often always busy. Checking out is often a nightmare as products are often missed as baggers switch mid order or leave completely. Checkers are competent and polite, however often do not give customers enough time to collect their items before sending the next order down the belt. I believe this is where the issues in lost or additional items is occurring. As someone who worked for several years in the grocery industry (Pick N' Save in Fond du Lac) I know these issues can be sorted out with a modicum of attention from management. As one of the primary grocery stores in the area I hope they will take an opportunity to look at improving customer service instead of relying on the fact that they are a limited choice in this small community.

So Sunday rolls around and I realize that my donut fix has not been fully satisfied. So I promptly got in my car and drove to the Plover location for another stunning variety of donuts. This trip was about 3.5 hours later than the previous days pick up and I wondered if the freshness could be topped. Once again, the donut were nothing less than stellar! Really. Run, don't walk to your nearest Copps, in any Wisconsin city for a donut of your choice. I believe that the consistency would not disappoint -The nice thing about having a business with many locations.
