On Monday night at 10:30 I bit into a refrigerated snickers bar ( not recommended ) and found myself chewing on a dislodged veneer front tooth. I was in a total panic as I have a wedding to attend next weekend and know it takes time to have a new veneer built and matched. The veneer was from many years ago and a different dentist and lab for color match. I called the office at 7:30 the next morning. The receptionist responded with empathy and worked me into an already busy schedule. Dr. Crow not only reattached the veneer but created a composite to fill in the chip. No one can tell which tooth was repaired! The entire staff worked as a team, treated one another and me with respect and shared in my relief with the outcome. I will now be able to not only attend the wedding but smile with confidence!

I've never been thoroughly impressed, but I at least left there with what I needed and without conflict. The new Sally Beauty in Plover is in a severe need of management and employee make over. Every time I've been here (about 6) they're in the back room chatting, and act annoyed they have to make an appearance in the shop. The Manager always seems frazzled and stressed, and does nothing to up here to the appearance and customer satisfaction of the shop. I was told they hire cosmetologists to work here. To be honest, I can see why they don't work in actual salons. They're rude, and ill informed about the products they sell here. It took me almost 5 minutes to explain to an employee what a toner was, and the difference between a semi-permanent and permanent hair color. Mainly, their attitudes suck. I will be buying me products from a different supplier online from now on. I'd rather pay the extra shipping than go back in here.

I managed the pain for 3+ years by chewing on the opposite side of my mouth & not biting cold foods. When I finally got good insurance & a day off, I tried out Hom. Hom located decay & advised a crown-- no root canal. The staff was patient with me needing triple numbing & responsive in assisting with pain management. I had the crown seated yesterday and today I have ZERO pain! Hom saved me about a grand out of pocket & fixed my pain. I could not be happier! In addition, the staff is very proactive with insurance billing so there were no nasty surprise bills. You can also text them instead of calling & they actually respond. Excellent service.
