The staff helped us understand and maximize our insurance coverage. One of the best experiences I've had when going to a doctor's office. I went there to have my eyes checked and had a pair of glasses. Everything cost me more than $600.00. 2-3 months after, the lenses were already scratched. Luckily they changed it. Few months after, I went back there and asked them questions regarding my lenses because at the end of the day, it I've been having headaches. The lady over there was getting so upset and telling me that they changed my lenses for free and blah blah blah..... First of all, it wasnt for free. It was included in the warranty. It is very pricey for a reason.. If your patient has concerns, try to discuss the problem and offer them what you can do to help. Your patient has the right to know. If they have questions, be glad to provide them your knowledge.. You are there for a reason. To offer good service. People seemed so nice the first time I went there. But if you have concerns AFTER the service, GOOD LUCK! Very unprofessional! Save your time and money. Go somewhere else. read more

Really like this place. I went here years ago, moved away for over five years and in that time changed my name. When I returned they easily made the adjustments to my previous records and everything ran smoothly. Dr. Rollins tells you everything straight forward and doesn't make you deal with any unnecessary treatments. He's very personable and makes the appointment super chill. read more
