I didn't expect a prompt response to my email and a promise to follow-up. While I have always used Kwik Trip for gasoline and food products when I need to supplement our weekly grocery shopping and especially peppermint ice cream. I wish you made it all year long. We fill our freezer while it was available. When traveling we grab a quick meal for breakfast (love the sweet rolls and Persiansis ) or lunch. No matter where we travel we can rely being able to buy our favorite snacks, even in our childhood hometown, Ladysmith, in the north woods. I bought my first and last "elite car wash" for $12. The wash promises, among other things, "spot free rinse", "salt buster", and "super dry". After leaving the car wash I see that the car was still very wet, there was still salt on the body, wheels and wheel well, the car was still quite wet all over, and the windshield was still visibly dirty and was full of spots and streaks. It is what it is (pump & convenience store), but the car was us awful. I had to have our car washed after going through the bay because whatever weird solutions they use dried in streaks all over the body and glass. Save your dollars and go to a proper car wash. read more

I've only pumped gas and gone through the car wash a few times, but both experiences are A-OK. There are several pumps and I've only run into one occasion where the lot was a mess with people vying for a spot. The area is kept up and I've never seen overflowing trash, empty windshield washer bins, or major spills. You can select the car wash from your pump and get a discount of $1 off with your fill up. There are two stalls for the car wash - soft-touch and touchless. I feel like my car comes out a little cleaner with the soft-touch option, but both do a fine job for the cheapest option ($5 or 6). It's a newer build so everything's still in good condition and the neon lights are entertaining. If you're not filling up your car you can purchase a wash at the automated drive-up kiosk at the entrance to each cleaning bay. The location of this PDQ is a convenient in/out if you're heading toward the Capitol on East Wash. read more

Well where do I start? First thing this Kwik Trip has this thing about accusing everyone with a backpack a thief. Demanding they put their pack by the counter. Regardless of the many cameras they have. And actually single out people of color. Chasing them down as they are getting a smoothie. Just to ruin their day, demanding their pack. They could care less that that person has spent countless dollars there. And would never steal anything... And second their rewards system is a joke. I just saw online that I've racked up 60 points. Well why haven't the worker told me this? And in turn given me the free or discount that I deserve. Kwik Trip should be better than this. Really need to treat customers with respect. This company is prejudice, do not buy anything from here! "TERRIBLE THIS STORE STEREOTYPES & BIAS TOWARDS CUSTOMERS... " I have live near this location for over 4 year and shopped there all the time. Today I walked passed a group of employees smoking near the propane tanks. I went into Kwick Trip & waited in line to buy my items, but was told by a cashier named Lisa said the company no longer wants my business & I am no longer allowed on kwick trips property & immediately asked why and she told me that I was banned that I was banned for pan handling. I was so surprised, it caught me totally off guard. My house is less than 2 blocks from this establishment & I have never had ANY ISSUE LIKE THIS BEFORE! I felt totally discriminated against! And yes I got upset and asked to talk to this person "manager" who was banning me for "PAN HANDLING" Which i have never done a day in my life. So this young kid walks in named Noah "who I have never seen in my life". When I confronted him about the issue he immediately apologized and offers me a 20$ gift card, which I refused to accept. This is not right, I was singled out by some person who I have never seen in my life & who has never met me or seen me either. Please review the video tape. The cashier refused to give me a receipt when I returned to complain. AND again the managers name is Noah & the cashiers name is Lisa. And the incident happened on November 29th 2018 in the evening in front of a bunch of customers & employees. This MANAGER refused to talk about it outside or in a separate room. So on top of that this was done totally unprofessionally on top of it. The corporate office or their public relations department has not tried to contact me after this incident & my complaints I have filed. Again do not buy anything from this company, they are. It's a nice clean store. Just pretty sketchy with the location... the cashier wasn't extremely happy to see me but he was nice! Said hi and asked how I was. But I just couldn't get over the questionable characters roaming around this area. The store looked clean and organise. It has the traditional PDQ look to it which is great with consistency with businesses. Other than that, it was pretty average. Really nice to have a gas station on both sides of East Washington in the same area! read more
