I gave them another try last night, ordering online, checking the boxes for extra sauce and well done. They brought my pizza out to me, tipping the nice guy quite well. Got home, sat down to enjoy my pizza. When I opened the box I immediately saw it was not well done, just pale and pasty. When I bit into the first couple of pieces it was clear they didn't add extra sauce, in fact almost zero sauce. I left them a VM stating my dissatisfaction and then filled out their automated feedback email. I got a response, giving me $5 off next pizza with a 30 day expiration. In my opinion, this is a slap in the face. They are struggling, with corporate taking over the failed franchisee of this location. I like supporting small businesses, but I won't continue supporting utter incompetence. Other consumers must be unimpressed also as indicated by this pizza restaurant closing at 8pm on Friday night. I hope they figure it out, but I don't know that I'll be eating at Red Savoy again. Tono Pizza in Chanhassen is whipping them!

Fountain drinks, silverware, plates and paper napkins can be found at a separate stations along the wall opposite the order counter (in the midst of the dine-in portion).
