I don't expect much out of gas stations (I don't think many people do), so we were both kinda floored by how NICE the interior of this gas station was. Like practically upscale fancy (for a gas station), clean and well-lit, with a decent selection of REAL food (produce, milk, eggs, etc.) in addition to the typical junk fare. I was also impressed by the tap smoothie and protein shake dispensers alongside the coffee brews and soda fountain. Bakery items were actively being discounted when we arrived, and were extremely tempting flavors like pumpkin white chocolate chip. Perhaps needless to say, we walked out with more than hubbie's cup of coffee. X'D Making your shop look nice (while staying affordable) works y'all! Honestly this trend of gas stations that TRY is refreshing; it doesn't have to feel like you're slumming it or one step above peeing on the side of the road. Next time I need a quick something, I may in fact prioritize Kwik Trip over say Holiday or Speedway. Also the employees working here were friendly and efficient. So even the help really seemed a step above the rest when it comes to gas stations. My kudos to them!

I will say, the deli counter & the sushi counter are great. The hot food bar & salad bar not so great. This location seems to be more of a mess than others. The salad bar is always low on most ingredients & the hot food never looks fresh. Maybe the salad bar gets more customers than the hot food? The taco bar meat is not appealing either. I prefer other locations over this one when it comes to the fresh food options.

We used to shop here growing up due to convenience but now I don't come here often because it's not as close. Everyone here is super friendly too. Wide variety of food. We wanted a snack for our girls day and nothing sounded good so we stopped by and had a quick lunch here. So nice there are tables outside so you can enjoy your food too. It was a beautiful day out so we really enjoyed it!

It's a short walk across the parking lot. I feel like there is something different about this Kowalski's location.... Seems bigger and brighter. I also love how it gives me cabin-ish vibes upon entering. My favorite section is on the right side as you walk in... the gift section and there's always so much to look at too. It can be dangerous! Thankfully I was on a time crunch this visit, and couldn't lollygag around too long. I also grabbed a few grocery items. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable when I asked where something was. When I'm in the areas again, I'll stop in for sure.

It was very strange and they just randomly give the toy figures to our kids without asking parents consent. It hasn't happen for the past few visits and hopefully won't happen ever again.

Upon a fine morn, I did venture forth with but a single purpose: to procure one grape--nay, not just any grape, but one most crisp and crunchy, like unto the first frost-kissed fruit of autumn's glory. Lost amidst the aisles of abundance, my spirit did begin to waver. Yet lo! There appeared a gallant youth, clad in the humble vestments of service--his name, as sung by the angels (or perhaps his nametag), was Zachary. With a smile bright as the morning sun and cheer as boundless as a spring meadow, this noble fellow did not mock my quest, strange though it was. Nay, he embraced it with mirth and honor, guiding me with great care through vineyard and produce till the chosen orb was found. Truly, Zachary is a steward of joy, a knight of customer service, and the grape--verily!--was as crunchy as mine heart did hope. Five stars, and may his smile never fade.

I was able to stop in a little after 9 to get everything I wanted. They offer prepackaged meal deals that's even cheaper than picking your own. It's a great offer because you get one entire choice and two sides; anything labeled a side is a side option and the entires are labeled too but don't trust the internet because they said you could mix entries and you can't get half and half of chicken and fish. The staff at the deli counter was pleasant, helpful and patient while I was trying to decide. They even have individual meals too so you don't have to commit to one meal prep option for the week. Appreciate that you can also drop off your Amazon returns here too. Space is clean, well lit and lots of parking. Pro tip: get the brown butter chocolate chip cookies, it's worth it.

I truly applaud what they've built. Now Kowalski's are all over the place. However. They are by far the most expensive grocery store in the Twin Cities. If that doesn't bother you then this is your place. The ambience is wonderful. The stores are beautiful. They have a Starbucks counter inside if you like coffee. They have quite a large deli. You can get an entire meal ready to go. I've tried these and they are quite nice. And they're not horribly priced. They have a large assortment of specialty items from pastries to candy to Kowalski branded just about anything. The service is spotty. Sometimes it's good and sometimes not so good. Sometimes you can stand at The deli counter for what seems forever while people go back-and-forth ignoring you. Other times they're very helpful. The parking lot is not very big compared to other stores so parking can be a problem. It just depends what time of day you go. They have an attached but separate liquor store for wines and spirits. It is a very nice shopping experience and they do have a lot of wonderful specialty items you won't find anywhere else. However, be prepared to pay the price. They've been around for something like 50 years so they must be doing something right.
