Within two days there corporate office called me back and said they watched the video and called me a liar that there must have been something wrong with my 3 year old car and it's not their fault. Today their top-shelf coffees/lattes Karuba Gold was only $1.19 +tax. Great! The only problems with this Kwik Trip is it's not a direct in-and-out station (have to take the side road to enter/exit); and the pumps can get busy during the day hours (just try to be patient people). The only reason I have an expired coupon is the other stations in the area honor it, give it back and tell me to use it again the next time. Hilarious at this day and age how chinsey Bills is! The driver was quick, professional and amazing at how he managed to get the truck out without hitting a fence, trees or anything. No regard for customer safety regarding the pandemic…read more So arrogant and unconcerned that when going into a business that requires masks, they did not wear them. A tow truck driver, and a man who said he was the owner, both were not wearing mask. This took place in a busy gas station/convenience store. Employee safety, customer safety and the safety of their community does not seem to be their priority or concern when it comes the pandemic. Anyone who is concerned about the spread of Covid or those who are in the high risk category, I suggest calling someone else for a tow. Disobeying the Minnesota state mandate makes one wonder what other mandates, safety protocols and laws they could be ignoring.

They provided an estimate that was in line with other estimates, they had a rental car waiting for me when I brought my car into the shop, they made all the communications with the insurance companies, gave me regular updates on the progress and any additional work to be done once they disassembled the rear bumper and panels, let me know when the car was completed and took care of the rental at the shop when I came in to pick up my car. All this with a smile and professionalism. Oh yes . . . and they detailed the whole interior (never seen my car so clean) and the work they did was perfect.
