We stopped in for gas. The place was busy, as usual. This seems to be a hopping spot every time we pass this way. Hubby went in to get a lottery ticket. I could see into the place from just sitting in the car. The register person was smiling and talking animatedly to the person at the counter. Other people were standing in line, patiently waiting. The line moved while the cashier continued to talk. Hubby came out to the car, I asked a few questions and he said he was satisfied with his experience inside. Traffic moved in and out of the pumps in a timely manner. We will be back soon. read more

This is one of the most poorly managed gas stations in Newton. Every time I go there the squeegees are old and falling apart with pitifully dirty used window cleaner in the holders. If you have a Dillons card this one is famous for their pumps not reading your rewards card. I've had to go inside and wait in line at least 15 times because who ever owns this station clearly does not care about it. I've people from Wichita ask me " Why does it always seem like the gas ststions in Newton are run down ? Well, this station is one them that they're talking about. The north Kwik Shop is a little better, and I know Newton is trying hard, but some their gas station owners really do not care at all. I hope it gets better here for gas station options. read more

super slow pumps, no washer fluid on a 75 degree day, some pumps don't work. these problems happen every week. we have stopped here for years and the last several months the quality of the gas service has severely declined. read more

Clean and well-run Kwikshop. The bathrooms were nice and clean as Kwikshop usually is. The store was well stocked and neat. The coffee was great as usual! No complaints here. read more

The lady at the register was very rude. I spent $25 and pulled out a $50 and she told me she was not going to break it for me and in quote "why don't you have anything smaller than a $50, I'm not breaking that for you" I went and got my card and she proceeded to be rude by saying "read the screen you need to hurry and pick an answer" when it had literally just popped up on the screen. It was very clear to everyone else in the line that she was out of line. read more

Slowest store around, gas pumps are rarely open, rude people working here, good luck, if you are used to QT you will be highly disappointed

When there are specials going on (according to the price tags), you get up there to pay, and it doesn't ring the price on the tag, but they won't give you that price, because supposedly that promotional offer is no longer going on, yet they fail to ever change their price tags!! Have talked with management about it, yet it still happens constantly anytime I try to brave going in there!! Also, very slow lines pretty much all the time, and only ever seems like one person is working at a time! read more
