Workers are helpful and even suggest sales or complimentary sides for main dishes. Checking out is easy, especially when you use your Dillon's card for fuel points. Free Friday and Saturday sales are exemplary. I love all of the Dillon stores. Never disappoints. They will even try to order an item if you ask.

They make drinks that are familiar to fans of Starbucks but they are not a franchisee. The food served at 1887 Café is made by the Bethel College food service, which is run by Aladdin if I'm not mistaken. They do serve different items that can be eaten with coffee for breakfast as well as salads and sandwiches that can be eaten for lunch. Many of the staff that are serving customers are actually college students at Bethel College. They have both indoor and outside patio seating

They're bakery case is great, I do miss the biscuits and gravy, but their current offerings are very good with a selection of morning buns, breakfast burritos, muffins and such. They're currently managed by Reverie Roasters out of Wichita so the menu shook up a little bit but the coffee is still great, just a few of the menu items have changed or been replaced. It's located on the Bethel Campus and has a small patio with 3-4 tables and 8-10 inside. Just a really nice little campus and community coffee place!
